When I approached Penny to find me a holiday in the UK, I had a set of very specific requirements for the sort of thing that I was looking for. Which, given the world we found ourselves in at the time, was a challenge in itself.From the outset I knew it wouldn't be easy for anyone and was unsure if it was even possible.However Penny took her time to send me over a number of suggestions. Not one, but two of these suggestions fitted the brief absolutely perfectly.Once I'd finally decided between the two, Penny made the whole process of booking very easy and she was happy to answer (or find the answer to) any questions that I had.The holiday itself was absolutely amazing, it was above and beyond the criteria that I had initially put to Penny, and all seven of us absolutely loved our week away.Penny is already arranging our next holiday for us!!I would highly recommend Penny to anyone looking to book a holiday - in the UK or abroad.Many thanks, Ben!

Updated.....We finally got away and we had a brilliant time. All the flight, train and private transfers were perfect, hotel amazing and the lil touches from Penny just made it a special break. We have just booked our mini-moon and look forward to using Penny more. 5*We have had three holidays booked through Penny Blay and haven't been able to go on any of them due to the world of COVID-19. But you know what, despite the disappointment and frustration for us; the business implications for Penny; we have had the best customer service you could ask for in dealing with the cancellations, postponements, refunds, rearrangements and new bookings for 2022 where we will now hopefully be going to Italy for Christmas and New year(fingers crossed). Honeymoon 2023 will be next on the agenda.The customer service in this time when we and she could have simply said enoughs enough has been second to none. And if this is the customer service and attention to detail she gives her customers when times are gloomy, then I cant wait to actually experience the holidays she has arranged when we can finally go on them. I would have no hesitation in recommending Penny Blay my" Travel-PA to become "your" Travel-Pa.Keep SafeDes and Amanda"

Penny from Travel PA helped us with our family holiday this year and it was a great success from start to finish. Last year we were planning a big holiday for 2023, as a family we were very undecided as to where to go - Penny was amazing, and more importantly, very patient with our requests and putting prices together. We eventually made a decision and the whole booking process was super easy and Penny kept us informed at every step all the way to online checking-in. We asked Penny to research and plan a long weekend for the family in Heidelberg - a trip down memory lane for my wife, who had been an au-pair there in the 1980s. Long story short: Penny delivered a seamless holiday for us, from the flight at London City Airport, to the luxury car-hire, to the beautiful modern hotel facing a traditional German town square. Penny certainly lives up to her Travel PA" title as the whole operation was as smooth as we could have asked for. Thanks again Penny

Recently my nephew Josh Howard got married and due in the pandemic (as you can imagine) a lot of changes meant that having the wedding they had was not the one they had in their minds. During a private reception It was brought to my attention that the happy couple were going to delay their honeymoon as there was nothing available within times they wanted and nothing within their budget.Enter Super Penny - I connected Josh and Penny together and gave Penny a brief background to what they were looking for. She was able to come up with a number of options for them, well within their budgets.Other travel agents' computers might say no, Penny's does not!
