My overall experience with this garage was great to begin with until I had to deal with Brett in customer care. It feels harsh to give a one star review based on one individual however the service he's provided has been truly terrible. I purchased a van from Keywise and broke down the first day driving the vehicle home. I've now had to take the vehicle to two separate garages on five separate occasions all within the first 6 months of having it. My only request was for someone to collect the vehicle and fix it which Brett declined. You certainly should not have someone in customer care who doesn't care to help nor listen. I've had to repeat myself multiple times, correct how he's recalled conversations and pretty much been called a liar. Having said that I would like to say Kyle in management was easy to deal with and had the van collected within a few days. Good luck to anyone who deals with Brett as he has set extremely poor standards and unfortunately I believe he's the only person within that department. I'm not one to complain but this was enough for me to avoid this garage in the future unless someone else takes his position in the care department.

If there was the option to leave no stars then I would. Please do your self a favour and DO NOT BUY from this company. Bought a 3 series BMW estate, day after collection engine warning light came on and car was in limp home mode. After taking it back over 5 times the issue was never resolved. After asking motonovo the finance company to launch an investigation so we could hand the car back. Gerry the after sales manager denied ever seeing the car after it was sold despite us uploading email chains between the 2 of us. To cut a long story short, do not buy a car from this company if you want it to last more than a couple of weeks

Just pulled a reasonably priced Corsa off the lot. Salesmen are straight the point, a little abrupt but friendly enough. Probably the best dealership in the area to find a range of vehicles on your budget

A Big Thank You to Brett, the After Sales Manager. Couple of little niggles with my new car but he sorted them out straight away with no issues and no cost to myself. Very approachable, friendly and helpful.

Keywise Cars Ltd dealt with the arrangement of my new car very professionally, giving me constant updates on watts app. Josh has been absolutely amazing very professional very organised & very helpful, Josh has gone above & beyond for me in the way that he arranged everything for me.Keywise serviced the car before collection, & cleaned my car thoughly before I collected it.I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND KEYWISE CARS to anynody.

Visited with my son. Josh gave us as many keys as we wanted and left us to look at the cars on our own. We saw a car arrive that I liked and I enquired about it. Even though it had just arrived, they brought it out for me to look at. I came back the next day with my husband and we bought that very car. Very relaxed sales. It was nice to feel that I wasn't being pressured, especially as a woman looking on my own - other places I visited made me feel like I should commit to buying there and then. The car is running well, with no obvious issues. Would buy from here again.

Going on my first time with sales this would be a 5 star. The car we bought was not fit for purpose, and was handed back after the day we picked it up, stay clear, of buying a car from them unless you have the skill set of being a mechanic, we were lucky the finance company took the stress from us but they refused to help...

Great customer service , lovely people and great quality cars. Just purchased a new Golf R-line and am very happy with the vehicle. 100% would recommend to other people to go keywise.

Nothing obviously negative apart from absolutely no room for any negotiation whatsoever... which comes across as a bit arrogant given their comparitively high pricing. Prior to establishing this, the salesman was happy to let us look and let me take the car for a test drive. Didn't give any information on the car or make any attempt to sell it at all... again, the take it or leave it approach" comes across as a bit arrogant. That being said
