I have been seeing Alex for the last 4 months for back problems and would really recommend him. He is very knowledgable and sorted my back out after the first session! He makes you feel comfortable and is really attentive to any problems you are having. I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

I booked an appointment for a cupping session with Alex.He was absolutely fantastic and so professional!He really knows what he’s doing and he’s also very passionate about his work and it shows!He was kind enough to explain everything to me in layman’s terms.I also bought some of my own tape that I use for my lower back and he was kind enough to put them on for me at the needed spots.10/10 would highly recommend to everyone out there!

Been for regular massages over the last 6-12 months and all have been excellent. Alex is very knowledgeable and has helped me to recover from a sports injury. Have recommended to friends and received similar feedback!

Highly recommend. Went in with an ongoing shoulder pain from the gym. Since receiving a sports massage to address this and following Alex’s physio exercises I haven’t had any problems since.

Alex is so, so good! He helped me with my ACL reconstruction rehab and I can’t recommend him enough! The people I have referred to him have only said good things and have become regulars themselves. He definitely knows his stuff
