Driving Theory Test Centre
The lazy at the desk I had today was so rude and tried to me smart with me. She’s not important and I bet my job at 17 I get paid more then her worthless breath sitting on a desk asking for peoples name. She had no emotions nor even tried to be kind. Literally it was my second attempt and I feel like she thought she was all high and mighty when really she was nothing.

Driving Theory Test Centre
The receptionist lady wasn’t friendly, make you feel like a number. I hope she is nice with everyone. The other 2 ladies were talking in the booth where they check the cctv and do a security check. They were very distracting while I was concentrating on my theory test. I understand this job can be boring but talk more quietly please. I passed my theory test but it was hard to concentrate. Not very professional.

Driving Theory Test Centre
I lost my drivers licence and was unable to reschedule my test. As you have to insert your licence number online. I was able to do this within the given timeframe of rescheduling, however the next day when I rang on the phone there was nothing I could do. So I lost my money due to this, as I can’t even take it without my license.As a student this is not helpful at all

Staff doing security checks were talking loudly amongst themselves making it difficult to concentrate on the test
