Delicious dinner, perfect for a date night. Strongly recommend. The food was really tasty and the Yuzu Margarita cocktail is super.

Good food and cocktails, and amazing value for money! Came for their set menu in Oct, £45 for two, cocktails included. Sushi tasted fresh and good quality. Friendly staff too.

What makes a meal memorable? The right combination of food, company, and surroundings is certainly important. But then there is that ineffable quality: hospitality. You will find it at Miko with Soumaya and Ophélie who are incredible hosts. The menu is an homage to Japanese flavours and ingrredients. . Close your eyes and point a finger – you won’t go wrong.Try the excellent Marguarita with a little asian touch… Amazing… Moreover, the restaurent is very affordable. Thank you team Miko!

We had the Set Menu for £45 for 2 ppl.+bottle still water +soda, which made it in total around £29 incl. service fee per person. At the end we just mentioned to the manager that it would have been nice to have a non-alcoholic drink option for ppl who are not drinking alcohol on the set menu as MIKO only offers alcoholic options.First he was a bit defensive as he thought we were complaining about the price (which was not the point at all) bc they charged my soda as I couldn’t have a non-alcoholic drink instead of the alcoholic options on the set menu. After multiple explanations, he understood where we’re coming from and invited us/me for a free drink on next visit. After dinner we caught up w friends who recommended us MIKO and they asked what we were thinking about the GYOZA and we noticed that we didn’t get this dish on the set menu at all. Unluckily, it was forgotten by the staff and we didn’t remember the exact dishes of the full set menu either. All in all amount of quantity and food quality, price for set menu is pretty fair. Rating would be 3.5 globally

The atmosphere and vibe at MIKO were fantastic, making it a great spot for an evening with friends. We ordered a range of dishes across the menu, as well as cocktails and a bottle of sake.Service was slow and lacking - they didn’t give us menus until we asked and then didn't give us plates until we also asked. It would have also been nice if the waiters were able to explain dishes and favourites more when requested. When food arrived, it was good but didn’t blow us away. Highlights included the Pineapple Chilli Squid and the Spicy Dragon Tuna and Salmon Maki Rolls. The wasabi was surprisingly underwhelming and the Chicken Karaage was dry. At this price point, we expected more. The cocktails were very good. We ordered the Yuzu Margarita and the Smoky Tokyo Nights. Both were fantastic and I’d recommend. We also wanted a bottle of sake but unfortunately there was only one in stock. It was a yuzu-flavoured sake which was nice, but I think we’d have preferred something more traditional.Overall, a nice restaurant but overpriced. We had a 25% opening discount, but our bill still came to around £40 per person. At this price, there are better Japanese restaurants in London.

What a treat! We totally stumbled on this place by chance and it had only just opened. The food was absolutely amazing! So flavourful, fresh, and beautifully presented. Definitely my new favourite place for sushi now. The gyoza and other bits were yummy, too.The interior was cute and service was great without being pushy. And I forgot about the cocktails! I had a tasty spicy number I’ll go back for. Forgot what it was called but the bartender recommended it. We’ll be back soon!

Brilliant atmosphere here. Drinks are creative and unique, the sushi is fresh. The bartender was friendly and happy to serve. Will be coming back here for my Friday nights semi-regularly!

I'm glad a decent Japanese spot has come to the area! We came for the dinner and enjoyed the cocktails and food. Between the three of us, we shared the chicken gyoza, salmon and tuna sashimi, spider roll, prawn tempura roll, California roll, wakame salad and the aubergine chips. The chef brought out a complimentary dish which was appreciated. The service was friendly and polite.
