alicia is honestly best person i’ve been to! can not recommend her enough this is my nails after 2 weeks and look the same as they were when they were done! makes me feel so comfortable when she does my nails so nice and chatty, been going to her for 3 months and will never go anywhere else now <3

I got my eyebrows waxed on 7/10 and the beautician was not very good, i don't think she was trained at all. she took ages doing it and has also taken a layer of my skin off. it still stings and i got it done over 24 hours ago. she wasn't very friendly either. i also got my sides done and she hardly even waxed that bit i had to ask for her to do more:/i've been getting my eyebrows done for over 10 years and never once has someone taken a layer of skin off. she wasn't stretching the skin which has caused this. she's also missed quite a lot of hair from both my eyebrows and sides i feel so if it doesn’t look like they’ve actually been donedefinitely don’t think your staff member was trained in waxing at ALL

had my nails done about 3 hours ago and one of my nails is already hanging off. shaping and colour is messy too. the nail techs were sharing tools between clients which is extremely poor hygiene and can lead to infections

Fascinating shop, stacked to the rafters, always have to ask staff for help in finding items. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Big queues at cash outs on Saturdays but staff very quick.

It is extremely HOT in this store!!! Me and my family went in to shop and no air conditioner in there. Every customer was complaining about this. Had to walk out and ended doing my shopping in boots. Shame. I really liked superdrugs in Meadowhall.

Actually, I went to take my dad for a haircut, and he was not able to walk well, so I took him in a wheelchairThese guys were great. They made sure my dad was happy all the way through and the price was quite reasonable

I had my gel extensions done on 06/08/23 at Superdrug Meadowhall. Can't remember the name of the nail technician as she wasn't very friendly or talkative and we sat in virtual silence for the duration - and the duration was 2.5 hours! The longest time ever! Will never return as it didn't only take a long time but by 12/08/23 two of the nails had come off so grudgingly had to pull the nails off which was incredibly easy without nail tools. The whole sorry affair cost me £45 for 6 days worth of nails. Very disappointing.
