The children had a really good time . I would have given 5 stars apart from the following issue. I purchased 2 pairs of socks as requested. No one was allowed to wear their own socks or another venues socks. When inside their were many children in various different socks. On speaking to the member of staff about why I should have to pay when others didn't he said well I have told them they are taking no notice". This made me furious so reported to manager who came and dealt with just a couple of them. There were many others. One rule for one and another for others. If i return I will seriously consider not bothering about purchasing socks"

I'd recommend signing the waiver in advance and arriving at the very least 10 mins early so all of that doesn't eat up into your session time.Absolutely loads to do, I've been a few years ago but they've added loads to it since then. Great for all ages probably 2+. Definitely bounce with your kids! The hour went by so fast. I wish we had booked 2 hours!It's also not freezing inside any more as it has a reputation for being cold and not to go in the winter!

Took my granddaughters aged 11, nearly 10 and 9yrsThey loved it!My eyesight isn't brilliant so l found the atmospheric darkness a little unnerving! But the young male staff on the desk were polite and informative.

Been here on a number of occasions, for school friends parties and days out.Great value for money kids always love it .

It's fun but dirty. I tell my kids not to jump in the foam pit area. I once joined and felt like I needed a tetanus shot and a jet wash after. I could smell a combination of BO and cheese from those blocks that haunt my dreams like Freddy cuber.

Really disappointed at the awful attitude of staff today. We've been many times over the years but after today the children dont want to go back again.Arrived at 11.30 paid for 2 hours at the desk. Manager asked if wanted to go straight in so said yes, assuming we had until 1 30. A member of staff hounded my 9 year old saying he was over his time when he had only 1.5 hrs. My son politely replied his mum said he still had time left. The staff member was so rude, made mean comments about my son and said it was all our fault as we were supposed to inform him if we came in part way through a session. Turns out we were sacrificing 30 mins of our time by going in at half past 11. If I'd been made aware we'd have popped to the cafe first and started at 12 but weren't told. If you pay for 2 hours you expect to get 2 hours unless told different. It's not difficult, but clearly it was today for Flip Out.

Brilliant concept, great facility. However, obviously employing young cheap labour staff, who offered no help and seriously lacking in customer service skills. The exception being the lovely young lady serving in the cafe.First visit taking Grandchildren so no previous knowledge of proceedure on entry.That said kids had a great time so would return.

Extremely cold the older kids liked it but was way too cold for my 8 week old and 17month old they dont cater for toddlers very well alls he could do was go on the ride on cars at extra expense play with the few balls they have and the soft play bits that weren't very soft

Booked this place for my sons birthday. it's his fave place to go because they are amazing with his additional needs! Very structured organised party, lots of staff safeguarding all areana areas and just general people pleasers here they aim to please all that come through the door and I just cannot fault them! Thanks guys we will be seeing you all again soon! Xx

Dirty, overpriced, the kids said the trampolines weren't very bouncy. The cafe kept changing what time they would serve food & after an hour they said they weren't serving food at all and the man was rude about it. The choice of hot drinks was poor. The kids thought the foam pit was filthy & were disgusted by it. The viewing area was poor as a lot of the area is obscured. The bucking bronco was really disappointing it was so slow and short. We regret going.
