Brooms Dene Luxury Cat Hotel

We are highly delighted with the care given by Denise to our precious Poppy! This is the first time she has been away from home and prior to departure Denise showed us around, taking lots of time to explain how she operates. She is very dedicated and gives the cats individual attention during their stay. We appreciated the fact that Denise kept in touch with us and even sent some photos of Poppy. We have already booked Poppy in for another stay later in the year. We recommend Denise without reservation!

I was nervous about leaving my rescue cat and researched numerous boarding facilities. I found Brooms Dene and went for a visit. It is perfect no cat could ask for more. I will have no hesitation in leaving my cat here.

Denise is amazing and you can just tell she absolutely adores cats. The cattery itself is lovely, they have underfloor heating and the cats have the option to go outside on a little catio. Our cat is diabetic so he has specific needs and requires 2 insulin needles twice daily, Denise has lots of experience in this and made me feel at ease (first time leaving him with anyone since his diagnosis)I was super sad leaving him there but I know he's going to get the 5* treatment. I doubt he'll want to come home.

This place is amazing, could not recommend it more if you need somewhere for you cat while you're away. Denise is lovely and clearly loves your cats while they are there, she gives them all the attention they could need. The set up is better than any thing else you'll see and you even get daily updates and pictures from her.

Amazing service! I felt so comfortable leaving my cat here, Denise gave me plenty time to make sure my cat was settled in her new room, I wasn't rushed. She text me updates and photos regularly throughout the stay which was so comforting knowing my cat was settling in. Second visit was even better as my cat was more familiar with the place, Denise gave her the same room as she had previously so she was familiar, still received regular updates and my cat was even more comfortable/visibly not as nervous. I'm so happy I've found a place where I can honestly feel fine about leaving my cat when I go on holiday next! Can't recommend Denise at brooms dene enough, it's amazing!

Denise really is a genuine cat lover :) You can tell from the first moment she connects with your cat that they are in safe hands and she will definitely go above and beyond to keep them happy while you’re away!The cat hotel is immaculate, with individual comfy rooms and a host of toys and climbing apparatus to entertain and even a little outdoor space. The regular photo and video updates are invaluable, as are Denise’s reassuring comments about how your little one is doing.I needed to return earlier than originally anticipated due to train strikes and Denise was extremely obliging as regards shortening Poppi’s stay with her. Poppi is a regular traveller up from London to Blackhill, but she’d never stayed in a new place like this before yet Denise took all stress away from the event for both me & Poppi. She returned from her stay with a lot of new cute little habits picked up from Denise’s interactions & her long black fur looked like she’d visited an exclusion hair salon due to the FURminator!I’m trying to keep it all up as she’s now very healthy and happy but not sure I can really match Denise’s super high standards heheh! We’ll be back Xxx
