Just spent 4 nights at this site. First visit, will not be the last. Wardens lovely, helpful, very friendly. Well stocked shop. All facilities spotless. Discounted tickets for wildlife park. Added bonus listening to lion roaring whilst sat in our caravan

First visit to this site and most definitely won't be the last. A very warm welcome by the team and everyone was super friendly. The pitches are very large and beautifully laid out. Lots of space between pitches so you don't feel squeezed in like some sites. As a wheelchair user the toilet and shower were spotless, lots of grab rails available and plenty of space to turn my chair around once inside. We will definitely be back for sure, a great weekend and can't wait to go again.

Awful customer service my family and I went to visit the Cotswold wildlife park today for a family day out. Before we entered the park we pulled over (outside) Burford caravan (car park) to change our 2 month old baby as we travelled over an hour away. A man who I believe was a park warden ( Martyn wagg) ran outside the cafe they have there screaming at me that I must move and that it is private property. This man became very aggressive towards me and my partner screaming and shouting and becoming really intimidating towards myself and my family. This made my children very distressed due to how this man was acting. I explained to the man that my family is in the car and that my partner is changing our baby not to mention that I was parked in the car park before the barrier and next to a public what seemed to be cafe of some kind and that it doesn’t say anywhere that I am in private property. This horrible man should not be around family’s or children due to his actions he even had the audacity to say he’s calling the police because I could not move as fast as he wanted me to. His body language was really aggressive and came right in front of my face My children saw this all. A lady also intervened whom I believe was also a warden who then decided to take picture of my car which had my children in witch they cannot do! We was not harming nor in the way of anything or anyone. But what should have been a nice family fun day out turned out to be very distressing for myself and my children.I hope this man will be spoken to by his superiors as this is not how to treat anyone. This company should not have staff life this awful.

Very nice caravan & motor home site. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Would recommend the pizza van when it turns up on Saturday. You can book your pizza in advance at very reasonable prices.

We have just left after a two week stay at this site in our caravan, it’s our favourite site yet. Very friendly and helpful staff, and when we arrived we were given a choice of available pitches and were able to pick one closest to the dog walk (where dogs can be let off lead to do their business) and the park for the kids. Lots of families on site but the noise was not excessive. We loved being able to hear the lions, monkeys and peacocks at the Cotswolds Wildlife Park from our pitch and we did visit with the dogs and kids (reduced rate tickets available at reception) for the day which was a wonderful day out and we thought very good value. Facilities block on site includes male and female showers and toilets, washing up area and a small laundry with one washer and dryer (tokens available for purchase at reception, a token is £1 and the washing machine takes 3, and the dryer is 15mins per token). All facilities and the site in general was kept clean and tidy and a pleasure to stay at, we will definitely be back! Thank you - The B Team

Great location opposite Cotswold Wildlife Park. Welcome was very friendly. We have found that in some sites, because there are so many rules and restrictions they have to give you, the welcome can be cold and unwelcoming. Not here. Brought GKids on first ever camp. Aged 5 and 2 they loved it. Plenty of space, kids play area, small shop and food vans three nights a week. Facilities as expected, good. Discount to wildlife park and within walking distance. We'll be back.

We had a lovely time at Burford Caravan and Motorhomes club site, it’s so clean and spacious everywhere is spotless, a very relaxing site. The wildlife Park across the the road, it’s a huge area to walk around, the animals look happy in their environment,, to have so much space around them

The Burford site is right opposite the Cotswold Wildlife Park. This is about 2.5m from the village, so don't expect to pop around the corner for supplies. The site is run by a friendly team, who also offer a small onsite shop for essentials like milk and bread. As with all CAMC sites, it is well maintained with a nice toilet/shower/laundry block. If you don't want to cook all the time there were food vans visiting the site several nights. These range from pizza to fish & chips and baked potatoes. If you are going off season, do check with the site whether these are operating. We stayed three nights as part of a longer tour which was mostly off grid. It was great to relax, recharge the battery and was the grime off ourselves and our clothes!

Great staff. Good facilities. However the tent pitches are very close to a busy road. The cars and trucks will keep you busy from 5 in the morning until 11 in the evening. And as holiday is also about sleeping well this would not be the place to be for tents. The camper and caravan spots are further away and could be better in terms of noise. But we had a tent pitch. One of the six spots available.
