Discover Children's Story Centre
We had a great family fun day with so much to do and play it was talked about. As per website we booked a session- went for the morning as wanted to partake in the Box Rocket workshop too. Arrived for the 10am start and was ushered to the basement for the start. It was some fun with words and actions then some time spent exploring Planet Nan with some activities including dress up, clearing up the beach, playing some bubble fun etc. after this we decided to get crafting decorating some wooden spoons and completing some paper crafts/ colouring exercises. Lots to explore in the building both down and upstairs not to mention the big outside play area too. We had lunch in the cafe, were allowed to eat our packed lunch there (we asked and they seemed friendly). Great toilet facilities and back for more fun and play outside - plenty of theme around The Storm Whale story as celebrating 10th year anniversary. Ended the day having a browse at the bookstore.

Amazing experience. Worth every penny. Closed playground means the kids can move around freely and safely, so many things to play with. Staff are wonderful!

This place is the best for kids, very creative rooms and super friendly staff. The story telling guy was so good at getting all the kids interactive with the story. The place is just very cute and curated, and our 5 year old girl just loved it.

Discover Children's Story Centre
Great indoor and outdoor playground. Kids had a lot of fun. You pay the entry fee and stay all day if you want. There are extra interactive activities which are better to book ahead as they are very popular - for extra fee. There is an indoor and outdoor cafe. I gave 4 stars as I can't decide if wearing shoes is a problem as we are so used to removing shoes when doing indoor activities.

We realy liked it there, it is perfect place for children until age 8-9. The price is realy reasonable for children, however I don’t understand why adults need to be charged as well. This is for kids , adults are only supervising.

We had a lovely day at Discover. The immersive exhibition was brilliant and the kids loved playing in the garden, story playrooms and enjoyed completing The Storm Whale Trail. Was great to have a relaxing coffee in the sun whilst the kids (7 & 5) played safely in the garden).

I've been bringing my 7-year old here since he was a baby, and it's hands down one of the best spots for kids in London. The indoor spaces are like a dream come true for kids, and the playground is fantastic. They offer unique and immersive experiences that kids absolutely adore. A solid 10 out of 10 – don't miss it!

This place needs more love from the community. Everyone should know about it!It is a gem in London!If you have kids you must go, at least once.The place is just less than 5 mins walking from the Stratford station- old shopping center exit.Inside it has so many different corners, than no kids can stay bored! There is fun for every little one.I love the effort they created to help kids to love stories and books!

Discover Children's Story Centre
We had such a lovely time here. My daughter is almost 6 years old and I think older children might find it not that interesting anymore but for her it was the perfect place. It is a carefully crafted indoor & outdoor playground with focus on imagination and story telling. Throughout the day there will be story times where employees will tell stories to the kids. You can also book extra sessions which we did with „waiting for Goliath“ which was a cute little play with interactive parts. Though it is aimed at children between 0-3 we still enjoyed it very much. There is a little cafe but you can also leave the Centre and come back in again. We went on a weekday and therefore our session was for the full day. We started in the morning and stayed until they closed at 5 because my daughter didn’t want to leave.
