Thank you for taking the effort to make my little one smile. The photos are beautiful :)

There was an issue with the order form which led me to receive the wrong photographs of my baby girl. My main issue with this company however is the communication I received when contacting them about the issue. They were blunt in emails and the manager who called me to discuss the issue was very rude, talking over me and raising his voice. I will not be using this company again when they go to my baby's nursery next year. They have offered no half way with regards to this issue (as I believe there were errors on both sides, mine and theirs), instead asking me to spend even more money with them to purchase the photos I actually wanted.

Really good at taking school photos of children who don't normally pose and also excellent editing to remove food stains etc!
