I work for jess and have done for nearly a year! I would like to say as a boss he has always been supportive to myself and in return i work to a good standard and have never been rude to any customers!

I have worked for jess a few times now, have known Jess as a boss for a number of years, he has always been supportive to myself and i always work to a good standard and have only ever been friendly to clients and am never rude.

Jess and his team have always provided a quick, responsive service, nothing is too much trouble and urgency is always handled to meet both our and their needs as best as possible. A valuable range of services to match the changing needs of customers across the region. I highly recommend Jess as a very experienced and knowledgeable specialist and a great team of workers, both men and women

DO NOT work for this company,!!! was told I could start work at 6pm goal posts were moved on several occasions, was promised things that weren't delivered, lied too. Contract was dodgy, things changed on it time of work. Did a 2 hour shift wasn't paid for it. Explained I didn't want the job as felt I didn't trust them. Then was harrassed by phone and messages to try and keep me working for them. Desperate for workers but treated badly !!

I have used this company twice before, once to thoroughly clean my rental property and once to do my own house. Excellent and faultless service at a very reasonable price.

I found southside cleaning services a very professional company, I found their staff very knowledgeable and have a professional attitude in everything they do, nothing is too much trouble for Jess and his team. My wife needed . Extra flexible hours between school runs . To boost her income and not worry about heating bills .She had worked for jess previously. But moved away, transport was difficult to get to the contract . They agreed a break , when she was ready, jess had a offer, close to home . And the times suited both.A small contract , but enough hours , and all parties are happy with the situation .REMEMBER NOT ALL CLIENTS LIVE UP TO THERE PART OF THE CONTRACT.,and try to take advantage.

I contacted this company three weeks ago as I needed a cleaning company to clean our offices once a week. Verbally we agreed two hours and a price was given which I accepted. The owner Jess said he was going on holiday for a week but would contact me to arrange details on his return. I had to contact him as I heard nothing. He said he would send a quote by email and he verbally agreed to start the contract on Friday June 14th.I again heard nothing from him so contacted him again this morning. He said he realises it is very unprofessional but he doesn't want a contract of only two two hours a week!It is a pity he could not be more honest in the first place instead of wasting my time.Professional, reliable and trustworthy they are not!Thanks for your reply below, but which part of my reveiw is not quite true?? I have not made anything up!
