Every year I send a large box of presents to Ireland before Christmas with Worldwide Parcel Services. The service has been excellent and my box arrives easily within four days of sending. Being able to track the parcel from start to finish is a definite bonus and great for my family to be able to see when the box is arriving. It is so easy to book on the system and all you have to do is to attach the parcel label you get by email. Great price too. Just sent another parcel for a birthday present in January and again delivered on time. Will use this service over and over again!

Took 3 weeks to get a parcel from UK to France. They placed through DHL who requested the RECIPIENT to confirm the contents of the parcel (depiste the sender having done this when ordering). These were about 40 items of general household use following a rental. How is the recipient expected to know every item??It was then held by DHL customs - and I explained that I had substituted two or three items (minor, eg two wine glasses, small pack of coffee......). I eventually got back to France myself, before delivery and re-itemised everything. I had to deal with DHL France direct as WWP did not want to know - even though my contract was with THEM to deliver, NOT DHL . Dealing with DHL France involved dialling a premium rate number - wonderful.Eventually the parcels were delivered, but really shocking service.

I used WPS services 18 months ago to send a few parcels from the UK to Spain and was happy with the delivery. This year again I used them and the parcels arrived swiftly. Their website charged my card twice by error and when e-mailed them about it, they have responded within 24h and return the money within next 24h so my experience was very positive despite minor problems.Thank you

I decided to try Worlwide parcel services because they offered a very competitive price to send some parcels to Spain, and because of the good reviews in Trustpilot. However, my experience has been an absolute nightmare, involving threats to me and huge fees.The first problem was customs, where they had estimated the value of my parcel to be of 5 times the value I established in the parcel documents, making the customs tax absolutely disproportionate. Upon questioning the valuation, I found out that the documentation generated by the company in charge of delivering the parcels (worlwide parcel services), was missing the breakdown of the shipping costs. This caused the destination country to estimate the shipping costs to an incredibly expensive amount. I was left with the only choice to pay for the tax because of the mistake of the company to provide the customs documentation properly.I paid all the costs, and then the parcels were received in an awful state, completely deformed and with items missing in them.Then I encountered the 2nd issue. A couple of weeks after the parcels were delivered, I got an email from worlwide parcel services claiming that the measurements of the boxes were off so they had to charge me more as I had lied on the information I provided. I kindly provided pictures of the boxes and an invoice of when I bought the boxes, which showed their dimensions in line to what I provided when booking the service.They claimed that even with the proof I provided, the dimensions were off (by 4 cm), and then pointed me to a clause in their terms where by using their services I agree with any measurements taken by the delivery handler. Continuing to threaten me that if I didn't pay in 7 days they'd add an extra charge and, if even then I didn't pay, they would take me to court.I have never felt this kind of extortion from any company before and it is unbelievable this kind of service is allowed.Not only were my parcels damaged, with items missing and with huge fees because of an error on their end, they still had the cheek of asking me for even more fees based on measurements for which they haven't provided any evidence they've taken, and that as far as I know could have been made up or taken when the parcels were all deformed due to the mishandling. And keep in mind this is due to a claimed variance of 4cm!Absolutely appalling service, and I would honestly recommend everyone to avoid this company at all costs. Save yourselves from worries and look for another company to handle your parcels.

please don’t give your £££ to this companyI can’t say bad service as there is no service, any issues and they will pass you onto a 3rd party to resolve.Late pick up, late delivery (3 weeks to Ireland so far and still hasn’t been delivered)a terrible company

Their service of collecting the parcel and delivering are great however if there are any issues with customs they are not very helpful. They just include parts of their terms and conditions but don’t include any detail around who you should contact to resolve your issue. If you are 100% certain you will not have trouble with customs they I would use them otherwise I would not recommend.

My parcel was not collect in my booked !!!My parcel was not collect in my booked day! Even no text messages or a call to mention will not come today or change the others day etc! I waited for 9AM-5:48PMUpdate : 3/Feb todayBeen many mails to conversation from Friday to today. but no even just ONE mail so polite like now what they posted it on the Trustpilot public media to me. Even I say, I will share my bad experiences with worldwide on media, I got a reply from them, I become a threats them!I don't think, share a review or share bad experience can call is a threat!If your staff come on the booked day to collect my parcel, and reply mail as you posted on media so polite, why customer still mail you!I believe, all of customers just want shopping they parcel without any trouble,I do follow worldwide company rulesI stay at home at booked day from 9-5pmEven home have two person & a dogNo one hear any bell rings that day . Only get ridiculous warming mails from themEven blocked my email & cancelled my order, but refund my money within 14 days !This kind services really terribleTook your money so faster, cancelled by them self , but refund your money need times ( within 14days !!!P.s sorry for my English. Just want more people to know how my experience with this company!By the way, also the price not great too! Via post office for 5 kg, only £85 and great polite service! World wide change £65.97Better pay a little more, great service & don't waste your times too

I so agree with the latest customer review. What a dire company this is. You can't track your order, you can't contact them by email. They offer reliable tracking; heir website is virtually non-existent. They do not do what it says on the tin. The suppliers of my order are not dealing with it either. They use WWPDS

i've used this service for may years and sent every sort of things even a mattress once. it's cheaper than royal mail, nothing ever got lost. Once my mattress was displaced and it was just delivered late but there was an excellent customer service. Good communication as well. shame we dont know what time they come for collection as the window is too big.

I want to be quite diplomatic about my review; I’ve used them a few times previously and always have been good, no issues whatsoever however when there was non-collection of a parcel and a complaint was raised as they said they can’t guarantee collection (waiting in for the second day). Following complaint emails from both sender and receiver, they offered cancellation or a small discount, then within 30 mins they just cancelled the order saying they weren’t willing to ship and they are not answering the phone. Customer service is non existent and rather than talking to someone like an adult, they just cancel.Will now have to use an alternative and parcel won’t arrive in time due to parcel not being collected and now having to rearrange with another provider.I gave 2 rather than 1 star as they have been fine for previous parcels
