For a global company, they're an absolute disgrace when it comes to getting a refund!I've been trying for 4 months to get my money back. All I get from customer services is that there's been a payment failure and the will escalte my case and could you fill in another refund form! So far I've filled in 16 refund forms.

Poor app and service. Deliberately making things difficult for you. You are not advised that you will have to wait 2 weeks for delivery before placing the order. And then if you want to cancel an order because its not arriving within 1-3 working days as stated on their site you get this from CS: Unfortunately

I never see less competent customer serviceI’m stuck with 260 pounds worth basket and non of them can help.. asked for contact to manager… been ignoring for over month already…Disaster

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!Twice delivered the wrong order of trainers. The 1st came as childrens football boots! The second, girls (same size)!Customer service is in South Africa with staff reading from script. Won't let you speak with a manager. You can only email and thats with a 'standard' response. Impossible!

Adidas have an Awful app with no functionality and once you put an order in of multiple items only once you've paid does it tell you that a couple of your items won't come for weeks. Also it stores your previous card without being requested which is a breach of gdpr. They make it purposefully difficult to use a gift voucher, with you unable to enter one if they have stored your bank card. They warn against making orders on their app once you contact customer service so obviously very aware of the issues and customer take their time coming back to you unlike what they claim

If you have the misfortune to have to engage customer services of Adidas then you'll need a translator and alot of patience. I've tried phone, whatsapp and chat and none have helped to be honest. I made a return for an exchange but get told my return has arrived on later and later dates in order to buy them more time to excuse the exchange delay. Ironically the Indian call centre must not be aware that my return had Royal Mail tracking so the dates given are 'spurious' at best. Goodness knows if or when I'll receive the exchange - to boot, they also removed my membership points associated with my purchase despite them still retaining my payment...??!!!

Terrible customer service, said carrier had delivered my shoes to 'drop off point', went there, no record of shoes, no email from them to tell me they had been delivered (yes I did check my spam folder), Parcelforce equally useless, can't contact anyone and website said it had been delivered...NOT. Don't use them, once they've got your money, not interested. No wonder Amazon is doing so well.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service - I returned an item in June & it’s now September - I’ve made 57 phone calls to customer services and everytime you get a call centre abroad who assure you they’ve made a log of your complaints and will get a manager to call back within 48 hours …….. and they never do ……. Got to be THE WORST customer experience I think I’ve ever had and the fact a multi million dollar company has no UK contact centre or telephone number I think is really unacceptable

Insane customer service - can’t get a refund for a cancelled order

The most difficult organisation to contact and get help from. Zero customer service and people that simply lie or offer no help. Incredibly bad for such a global brand.
