On the whole good experience, bought a Golf convertible from Adam and then 2 weeks later took it on a 2000 mile road trip. Yes the brakes did bind on in Austria but we could have had it fixed under warrantee in the UK and I had a suspicion they weren't quite right before we left, beyond that the car was fantastic and 4 month later still is. Nice bloke to deal with I'd buy from them again.

Hi I brought a Vauxhall antara off adam cars sales ltd the car have many problems with it after speaking to them to fix the issues they told me to get them repaired at my local garage and they will cover the cost at there expense but upon getting the invoice they tried everything they can to get of pay for it and left me to pay the majority of the bill to get my car back I’ve had to contact trading standards as they are the following the consumer rights act 2015 very very poor garage I wouldn’t advise anyone to use them as they also don’t check they car over fully with the inspection such a bad and unorganised so called car sales company absolutely outrageous

I found a car online and spoke to the salesperson who was professional and helpful. They arranged delivery within 5 days of the initial call. The car came to my home, was very clean inside and out, drives perfectly and the driver was very helpful and polite. The whole process was straightforward and stress free. Buying a car online can be daunting but this company is trustworthy and a real pleasure to deal with. Very happy, thank you :)

Bought a car from here around 6 months ago. At the time one of the keys didn't work and I had to persuade the dealer to fix it before I was willing to buy the car. I always felt the car seeming to change down a gear when driving in a high gear. I couldn't understand it at first (through every fault of my own), and tried to avoid it happening by driving carefully but didn't worry. It became apparent a few months later that my clutch was wearing out and this had been the issue since I first bought the car. I ended up broken down on the motorway. When I contacted Adam Cars Sales about it afterwards they simply said it wasn't possible and there was no evidence of it at the time (I had just told them there was), and were unwilling to cooperate. I would advise you to very carefully inspect a car before you buy from them as I don't believe they check them as well as they claim, and a good price on a car isn't worth as much as the repairs!

Turned up to look at the car and car didnt even lock up. Spent 1.5hr driving one way just to view it and car not even ready to be viewed. Agreed to be looked at it,common fault on RR. Payed deposit same day, but while waiting to be looked at find out it had body panels damage in mot history which was not mentioned about the car. Obviously not buying it any more but lost deposit coz of it, which i think was wrong as was miss informed about the car.

Bought an 08 passat from the guys here, bought it on the premise that it would need some light work but no major mechanical flaws. No pressure from the sales person, and happy to oblige my request for a test drive and the transaction was completed smoothly. driving it away from the dealer the clutch master cylinder failed, the gentleman was very apologetic when I contacted them and happily recovered the vehicle and repaired it within 3 days, and it has been perfect ever since. Thanks guys! I would definitely recommend them!

Avoid!! Trying to cut a long story short, the day they delivered my car, they were 3 hrs late, meaning I had Mt childminding children here so I wasn't able to test drive it. The battery died that very same day!On June starting the battery ot came up with a start/Stop system fault, had the battery replaced at my own expense, fault still present. Ended being a gearbox issue, they had the car back to carry out work. Car worked fine for a couple of months, now the start/Stop system fault is present again, they told me the repair had a 1 year warranty. I had kept the messages from them stating this. They are now refusing to honour to this warranty and I now have a faulty car.

We where a bit nervous and lost when it came to buying a used car then we found Adams cars online and saw the excellent reviews they have so after an initial phone call to a very nice man we drove down to first drove Fengate to meet the guys who where very friendly and knowledgeable and where totally honest about the car we wanted and you can definitely trust them and after the test drive we done a deal and the car is a lovely little gem we are very happy with the car so thank you lads we will definitely be recommending you to all family and friends and I will be contacting you about the BMW I want to buy from you
