Went into Sevenoaks store to test my Samsung tablet. It was a faulty charger lead and was given their lead, free of charge (I did offer to pay for it). Excellent customer service. Would certainly go there for any computer/phone issues.

If I have problems with my Mac, Fixio is the place I go to. I know that they can solve problems quickly, obviously know everything about computers, are very helpful and really nice people.

Just an iphone battery replacement, but friendly, clear, helpful, speedy and reasonably priced. All round great!

Very friendly, customer-first approach. Gave me a very reasonable quote for investigating a battery issue with my iPhone SE, but persuaded me to hold on until I am sure it is really a problem. Another time, I was helped without charge to un-freeze my phone when it was blocked by an unresponsive modal dialog after an iOS update.

Very happy with the repairs on my iMac. It also came in cheaper than I was originally quoted which was a bonus. The iMac is now running really quickly and efficiently. I'd highly recommend fixio and would happily return in the future.

I seldom do reviews, but in this case I am making an exception. I though t hat the service Fixio provided was first class. Highlighted what the issue might be - PSU, got the part quickly to Sevenoaks and resolved the issue. Have been happily using my Apple Mac ever since.If you are like me, not sure where to get professional good service for your Apple products, from my experience I would use this service.Well done to Andrew and the rest of the team
