Another outstanding and incredibly affordable service from the team at The Silvershop. A dunk in a jacuzzi ruined my silver jewellery … particularly a sentimental Tiffany bracelet. I popped my jewellery in to be cleaned and for a necklace chain repair. Not only did the team repair and fully restore my tarnished pieces but they also noticed my aged Tiffany bracelet was about to lose its heart and so thickened the loop and replaced the clasp … at a ridiculously affordable price. The service is outstanding and this is and will continue to be my place for gifting. Bath we are very lucky to have this independent shop x

A great little shop - perfect for finding gifts for loved ones or yourself.An array of jewellery and silver ornaments but plenty of other types of gifts too. A quintessentially British shop which is well worth a trip down Baths hidden shipping streets to findStaff are very helpful and friendly.

I love this shop !! It's my favourite shop in Bath. I have just purchased a bracelet in there today and I have had to leave a review because the customer service is amazing. They are always so helpful and they are not overpriced either. You must go there if you ever visit Bath.

The Silver Shop in Bath, went above and beyond, when my wife lost her silver necklace in the sea , Guy and his team searched silver merchants across the UK to find a identical replacement, and found one!! One happy wife and a happy life!! Fantastic service!!!

I purchased a watch from the Silver Shop some years ago for my wife as an anniversary present. Sadly it got damaged but the Silver Shop were able to return it to its original condition. The service provided was very professional, helpful and most of all very prompt. It is so good to find a company providing such a high level of service these days, very well done.
