I went for the Rennaisance merch and it was a slight sensory overload the first time (first time visiting a high end shop too so I was a bit lost), second time was a better experience.The text for the pricing was small, merch was OK albeit a bit over-priced, the mirrors were somewhat disorientating but cool, aisles were a bit narrow, music somewhat loud and quite warm, at the time.Be advised that the clothes on the railing are for display, you buy from the till.The horsey and 180° screen was very cool, staff were lovely.

Dear future buyers, please be warned!If I am right in thinking, this shop is owned by the Fraser Group. All of the companies under this umbrella have a questionable refund policy and I have always received really bad service.This weekend I purchased a Stone Island jumper for £265, the website did not accept my 20% discount code even though the item was eligible for the discount.I thought, no problem, I shall contact customer service and they will refund me £53.No telephone number, I contacted via email. After several emails back and forth, they have said I should purchase the item again to receive the discount and return the item which has already been delivered! How crazy is that. Or, they can give me 20% off my next purchase. It’s my husbands birthday next week so I don’t have the time for returning, then who is to say they are going to refund me.I have found this company difficult to deal with and their reluctance to treat customers fairly and they crazy way of dealing with these types of queries has put me off. I wont use this shop again.I am still gobsmacked writing this review that they refuse to credit my card with £53. I was good enough to purchase from them. This is a typical example of large company mentality as I am only 1 customer, they don’t care if they lose 1 customer, they can really treat you how they like.Be careful!

Went so see the Renaissance pop up which was fantastic. The security let me in with my suitcase as well which I didn't think they would.

I had excellent customer service here with the lovely Sabrina, she was vert helpful with my 2 click & collect orders and an exchange of some Valentino shoes.

Lady working on the top floor in lady’s section on 4/11/23 at about 4:30pm was amazing!! Didn’t catch her name but she was so helpful! Big thank you to her she’s an asset to the company! So lovely can’t thank her enough!!
