What can I say, but customers make mistakes to. When you speak politely because you think they make a mistake. To be told over the phone, you're a liar for a simple mistake and you apologise. But guess what you have the worst phone service I've ever had to deal with .you and your staff are a disgrace

I ordered from here on just eat and I left the wrong review, there was a mistake on delivery and it was marked as delivered before it actually arrived so I obviously didn’t give it the stars it deserved, it did come ten mins after saying delivered but the food was amazing and the staff was so helpful when I called and spoke to them about what happened . I can not change my review on just eat (only said didn’t arrive) but I felt that bad about it I had to coke on here and fix it .. the food is beautiful fresh and tasty the donut was so soft n my daughter loved the cookie dough , the staff are polite and helpful and I would deffo order again ..they even sent something extra Wich makes me feel ten times worse lol.

How does it make sense when I ordered on Uber Eats with you guys and you send me desserts from Dukes after coming 30 mins late... just reject the order bro, spoilt my dessert for no reason, could have ordered elsewhere and got it warm and probably on time, should have gone straight to Dukes

We came here after a meal. Nice location with easy on street parking. Tables and chairs to eat in. Staff Freind and menus available. We got the bubblegum shakes and scoops of ice cream, service time about 10 mins. The shakes were nice and would recommend
