Cladding Direct

Should have checked the reviews first! Just been ripped of nearly £70 as paid by debit card. Telephone number now unobtainable, no cladding, no response. Reported as fraud to Trading Standards. Update - Bank has since refunded my money and will investigate further themselves.

As the other reviews have stated do not buy from this company, no contact phone number, do not dispatch next day, do not reply to emails. Steer well clear of these cowboys.Also stated on their site that the cladding I was ordering was 25cm, 250mm wide, for my 1650mm wide bathroom I ordered 7 pcs (1750mm) of board. When it turned up it was actually 22cm (220mm) wide but accounting for the tongue and groove at each side the visible / usable area measured 20cm (200mm).Someone clearly cant measure correctly at this company. Robbed me of 21cm (210mm) of material.

Ordered cladding last night. No confirmation and taken my money and they have cancelled my order without even telling me. Will be filing a pay pal dispute now. Seen the rest of these comments on here about using different companies and been in liquidation. AVOID!

Please avoid this company really dodgey it advertised as next day delivery I didn’t get my order till 2 weeks and when it arrived it was all damaged I emailed him so many times never replied the number on websites it’s not recognised i managed to google up his number and speak to him for last 2 weeks his been telling me his sending my replacement it hasn’t arrived communication is really bad please avoid the stress I was lucky to get my money back through PayPal

Very dodgy. Used to be called Hobson Interiors but did that many people over they went bust and changed names to Cladding Direct, AVOID at all costs!

*AVOID* is using various names on Ebay - Cladding Direct, Cladding Factory, Hobson Interiors. Voluntary liquidation filed May 2019 with Companies House they have been advised to wind up the comapny as they cannot continue the business- Took my money sent me damaged boards - lie that they have sent replacements and put false tracking codes on Ebay - Avoid at all costs I am reporting to trading standards. Also deny the companies I have mentioned above but all their emails share the same IP address and they have messaged from all of them?? This isn't the only company they have had in liquidation then restarted under a different name! Had to put a star to post - Does not deserve anything! Wish I had researched them beforehand!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Sent damaged goods despite phone calls and emails still not received 45 days later. Second order charged twice on 03.12.19 still no refund for duplicate order.Second order not received until 14.12.19 despite next day delivery promise.45 days later bathroom not complere.Total con artist.

spent 500 pound on the order didn't come rang the shop the man didn't have a clue what he was doing we didn't get any tracking numbers for our order he promised on two occasions that we would get the tracking number via email it didn't come rang agen he said he had the email open at his end I asked for the tracking number and he put the phone down so I got in touch with paypal and I'm getting my money back dont use this company !!! I will be reporting to trading standards
