Good quick service but no attention to basics two front tyres fitted should have been inflated to 32 psi but one at 20 and other 38 cannot understand how this was done so badly

Not the best. Had nail/screw in my tyre which fortunately (I thought) happened right next to National Tyres which was quiet. Went in to ask them if they could replace it for me. They said NO as its a 30 minute job and as it's 5:35 can't do it (close at 6pm). Fair enough I suppose, but left me a bit stuck with no spare (it was flat). The previous time I used them they gave me my car back minus the locking nuts kit, when I went back for it they said the don't have it.Two bad visits in a row. I don't think ill be back, which us a shame. As they a local to me.

These guys in Motherwell are just the best. Always friendly and helpful, I never doubt the advice you just know they are not about ripping you off ever. Can't praise them highly enough.

Tried to rip off my Grandfather and his wife. They dropped in due to issue with one front wheels, guy told them the spring was upside down among other things. Phoned them back with a quote of £1800. Clearly trying to rob an elderly couple who they think doesn’t know any better. Took it to another garage, spring was the correct way around and was fixed for £250. Guys are just like the horrible people who sell furniture and windows to vulnerable elderly people. Lodged a complaint with HQ.

Got my service done on my Type R today. Inappropriate customer service, and lack of required parts to do the service to appropriate standards.Avoid this place at all cost it’s not worth spending £229 on the service with them!No air filter was replaced (as it was “unavailable”, so the old one got “cleaned”). Even though the service was pre-booked way earlier.Also, this is how I picked up my car from them… no comments on that one…

Took car for Mot today, staff were nice and efficient but clearly run off their feet. The waiting area was cold and when I asked staff to turn on the heater it showed the room was only 14c which isn’t good on a fairly cold day. It was also dirty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for some time. The toilet was dirty and unusable. It needs a good doseof bleach. This place certainly lacks a cleaner. I won’t post photos but if National tyres request to see them I will happily provide them.
