Fab ladies, fab gym and warm community vibes. I chose this gym purely because I could take my baby while on maternity leave, but the great discounts for those on maternity leave really helped too. Classes daily for all ages and abilities and the women taking the class are kind, passionate and super helpful when the baby gets grumpy!

LG fitness is fantastic! My daughter attends fit kids every Thursday and she absolutely loves it! I’ve spend years looking for after school activities that she will enjoy and never succeeded, till now! Kelly and Lois are fantastic with the kids and make it so much fun for them. I am looking to book a few classes for myself now cause they look fantastic. Highly recommend for all ❤️

I love coming to LG - the instructors and the women who attend are both great. The instructors are so friendly whilst helping motivate you to do your best. Throughout my pregnancy they helped me adapt exercises so I was still able to attend, and I’m now able to take my baby to the classes which is a massive help as otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to rejoin again after giving birth. Always feel like you’ve had a great workout after every class :)

I attended LG before I fell pregnant and during my pregnancy. The instructors were very helpful when I was going through my journey and were there to support me every step of the way.Now being able to take my 8 week old with me to classes is an absolute life saver. There’s no worry about getting a baby sitter to go do something for my own physical and mental health. The girls who attend the studio are all very welcoming with absolutely no judgement. The instructors are amazing and are always on hand to help soothe your baby if you are in the middle of an exercise.

Been going to LG for the past few months now doing classes and PT sessions. From the moment you walk in it’s a welcoming environment. The fitness instructors are top tier. PT sessions with Lois have really helped me in my fitness journey and I genuinely look forward to going, Highly recommend it’s the only gym that works for me

I have been a member of LG since the studio opened in dunston and after trying many different gyms and classes this one just clicked, I found my routine and absolutely love it! LG is more than just a gym it’s a community of ladies that help each other and build each other up, every class can be tailored to ability and you are always guaranteed to be pushed to YOUR extreme! That along with excellent, experienced trainers makes the gym a success!!
