Very good food good service could not ask for more value for money too

Food was OK, however service needs more focus towards customers! Staff needs to be more friendly!

Going to Gregg's is All about getting hot Food but it's not hot.

Lewis must be the slowest Greggs employee in history.Not only did he have a dirty bandage on his finger reducing his speed a further 50% but he proceeded to cough into the hand he was making my bacon sandwich (didn't eat)

What a cheerful delight of place this is. Came in first thing this morning was ignored for the first few minutes then received a grunt from the person serving. Politely asked for a bacon and sausage baguette, received a bacon and sausage roll instead (didn’t bother correcting the order as 8am effort of debating bread is not the hill I want to lose battle on today) and had it slammed down in-front of me with “that it” thrown in and then an abrupt price followed by immediately turned their back while I was paying and walking off. I worked in retail and hospitality for 15 years and so I am purposely polite to anyone working any place of service is getting shocking everywhere. At least I know I made an effort and said good morning and thank you which is more than can be said for them. In hindsight I have never someone make a sandwich so quick they had that skill down to a fine art

Been in a couple of times since it opened, every time my pasty has been cold (whatever the variety) and the staff are gawmless and slow. The only good thing I can say about this Greggs is that the coffee is up to their usual standard (because its from a machine and involves minimal staff interaction).

A lovely Greggs. Same food you can get anywhere else. Great service

Food good like other greggs saves going to yeadon not always a staff member there but some one normally comes soon after you walk in and it’s a greggs so you know what your gonna get

I've been into this store twice since it opened. Unfortunately on this visit they were selling burnt pizza to customers and it wasn't at the standard I would expect from Greggs.The hot chocolate I bought was great as always and the staff were quick and efficient at serving customers.I hope they improve in future as normally I would really enjoy the food.
