All round excellent experience at Park Cycles. Toby advised me in choosing the right wheel size for my very tall 5 year olds new birthday bike. He also serviced the bike and gave us a clever tip to get my son riding without training wheels - worked immediately! Thanks Toby!

Arranged to take my bike there for 10.30am one Sunday. This site says it opens at 10am on Sunday so I got there early. 10.30am came and went and at 10.40am I left a note saying is been there at our arranged time but had left. I left my name and number. Not so much as a call to apologise. I won't be recommending or going there ever again. Autobase, Walmer on the other hand..... Now there's a place that knows something about customer service and value for money. I'd recommend that place all day long.

I rely heavily on my bike for commuting and am pleased to say that I received fabulous service!I dropped my bike in for a puncture repair on Wednesday afternoon, and it was fixed by Thursday morning for a very reasonable price. I also promptly received a text message Thursday morning letting me know it was ready for collection.I'd also like to add that they have some very lovely friendly staff, and I will definitely come back for any and all future bike repair needs! Thank you so much!

Hours say they open at 10am, I waited outside to get parts for an urgent repair but nobody had shown up by 10:30. Be good if they had the right hours so I didn't waste my time. No idea when / if they did finally open.
