Exceptionally disappointing service. Mr Hadland did not turn up on a specific date, as promised, to undertake a repair to a washing machine which was filling with water. When eventually he did turn up after a week, he refused to undertake work on the machine because the water in the machine smelled foul, notwithstanding that this problem had been greatly exacerbated by the delay.

Avoid.Turned up and “fixed” washing machine in about 10 minutes, got home that night to realise he hadn’t ran any checks, so had to come back a week later…. Didn’t show up.Said he would come the next day at 12 and arrived around 2oclock with no text or anything to let us know… and then tells us the machine is broken and we need a new one…Wouldn’t have mind if he had told us this in the first instance but we’ve gone a week with no machine with kids because no checks were made…Wouldn’t use again.

Replied to my initial message almost instantly even on a Monday , within a week i had a new washing machine, he installed it within the hour that he said he would and was friendly and efficient, nothing was a problem

Unreliable and ignores texts. Had to take the day off work to have a straight forward part (water inlet valve) fitted to a dishwasher. Told 'midday' but never turned up, or answered our texts. Mr Hadlands time is clearly more precious than mine. Very disappointing as already had the part and it was a straight forward job, I should know as I ended up doing it myself in just under an hour!
