We tried to sell our flat using a different agency but it fell through twice. Used Yieldit and it was a completely difference experience. The customer service was second to none, with Elice chasing solicitors at both ends and really working to keep us updated and the sale moving along. The set fees for us worked out at a pretty high percentage of the sale price (as our £68000 flat was at the absolute lowest end of the market) but I still felt it was great value because of the time and effort put in compared to previous agents. Highly recommended.
