Terrible. No organisation.Wouldn't recommend at all!

The worst managed black owned care company I have ever been in. I would advise you all to avoid this company ! they don’t provide training, no management skills, poor communication skills, how this company is running I don’t know ….managers look for arguments and male manager tried to attack me! Load of rubbish I will be contacting CQC.

The care my late partner received from all the staff of this company was exceptional. They were gentle, caring and lovely personalities and each one, although we had several different carers, my late partner was more than happy with and very grateful for their gentleness and caring.
