Absolute joke of a company, very unprofessional, one month later and I still haven’t received my quote for garden work. Do not recommend

Absolutely shocking! DO NOT use this company, waited 9 weeks after being told 4 weeks and several excuses of the weather and then he did the most horrendous work. We made him re-lay slabs that were loose/ wobbly /rocking and just not cemented down from the first day and he blamed us saying we shouldn't walk on them for 2 days but then he was walking all over it the 2nd day! All he did was re-lay with what I would call very dry sand and a little cement, I have video of him doing this. Asked for a gap all-around and got an uneven and in one part no gap at all. He cut some slabs very crooked on our lawn resulting in deep cuts in the lawn. Tripped our electricity 4 times with his dodgy extension cable had to give him ours to use! Patio will have to come back up and be done again by a real professional tradesman. We would warn others not to use them.

They didn’t turn up on the day planned and didn’t reply to my messages asking when they were arriving or give any excuses/reasons.

This is a poor excuse for a lawn laid and supplied by KRS, when asked to come back he didn’t, and has blocked my number. I have no idea what to do with it as we can’t afford to have it done again. This guy should be ashamed of himself
