After accepting a quote they were difficult to contact, failing to answer emails re. the repair date. They failed to return promised phone calls. Why quote for work if not interested in doing it. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I made initial contact via email on a weekend that was promptly replied to with the info I asked for and booking time the next working day. Really nice guy arrived on time and the job was complete, (new spare key and deactivated lost key) in around half an hour. Great service and would use again without hesitation.

Needed my BMW X1 2015 spare keyfob recoded. Arrived took the ECU apart. Could not complete the job as apparently, the BMW server was down. Never returned to complete the job 10 days later.Never bothered to update me.

DO NOT CARRY OUT ANY ECU WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. In short Autolock Express promised my BMW ecu to be repaired without any hardware changes. However, after supplying them a replacement ECU for cloning (£500), autolock STOLE the master chip off the brand new ecu and tried to solder the broken ecu chip onto the new.You can see the dodgy workman ship in the pictures below. They ruined a perfectly working ECU and then had the cheek to blame me for buying a faulty one. I was never told of any of this before supplying the ecu to them and i have messages proving it.Typically they have blocked my numbers and dont want to come to a solution.Another ECU tester was able to clone it with no issues. These people are not professionals, not even close.

Amazing service. I phoned around everywhere and these guys undercut all their competitors in price AND they come to you to save you a journey. One new key was cut and programmed, and the other was fixed, both in about 20 minutes in the car park where I work. So convenient, great service, really friendly. Save yourself the time ringing around for quotes and just use this company.

Complete waster , after 13 emails and 2 confirmations from them no one turned up at the agreed day . We arranged for replacement keys on our 2 cars , so 2 of us wasted half a day waiting for them . Phoned them and emailed them , no reply . Absolute joke of a company , avoid if you value your time

Terrible experience. Booked an appointment a week ago for 1:00PM today.The night before the appointment I emailed them asking for confirmation of the appointment, I did not get reply for that.On the day of the appointment I contacted them via email because it was past the appointment time and nobody came, I received no reply. I contacted them via facebook and I was told their van broke down. Did not even inform me and waited for me to inquire. They then asked for my mobile number so that they can contact me if I wanted to re schedule. Gave them my mobile number and asked if there’s a chance that they can come today even on a later time but received no reply. Wasted a day waiting for them and I even changed my day off just for this appointment. Customer service is terrible, service as well since they never honoured their appointment with the customer.

Great experience with Autolockxpress! Quick communication, sorted out a new key for us and fitted a new battery to our old key free of charge. Scott turned up on time, was friendly, and the whole thing only took about 10 minutes.

Such good service from these guys. Found them online and got a quote through their website Saturday morning, they offered to come out Sunday or Monday but I wanted another chance to look for my key over the weekend. This morning I emailed again and they were able to come out the same day. Which is amazing given the current situation. They were very conscious about the social distancing and wore gloves and I saw hand sanitiser on them which gave me that extra confidence. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. And payment was easy through bank transfer. Would recommend to all. Star find.
