Hot Stone Massage.This was the best massage I’ve ever had! 90 minutes full body and so reasonably priced. The clinic is gorgeous and so welcoming. My therapist was amazing and took the time to find out any problem areas and worked that into the treatment as well. Highly recommended!!

What an amazing experience working out with Travis the Personal Trainer at Eden Sports. I was nervous about beginning this journey as I am a 55 year old, overweight gym virgin! But if your like me and wanting to change be rest reassured, his knowledge and approach are exceptional and are only matched by his patience as he challenges you to achieve. Always supportive and reinforcing - my body confidence has grown not just from an aesthetic perspective but more importantly in what my body can achieve and is capable of. He wants you to succeed, makes you work hard to hit your goals and doesn’t believe in can’t so be prepared to sweat!!! I would highly recommend -

I'm an ultrarunner who regularly needs a bit of maintenance to help with general knots and strains from running long distances. Hayley is very knowledgeable and did a thorough examination of my legs and mobility before starting any massage in order to find and focus on the right areas. I now go back every few weeks for a massage; my legs and running are definitely feeling the benefit!

I have been going to Eden sports clinic for about a year now. Managing my thoracic outlet while I waited for a diagnosis and surgery.They referred me for an mri scan which helped speed up my diagnosis.I’ve had physio with Roberto and sports massage and aromatherapy with Hayley regularly to help me with my cope with my chronic pain.I also regularly train my lower body in the gym with Matt to keep me as fit as possible.I highly recommend Eden sports clinic for any massage, physio or PT sessions in their private gymGina x

We've previously visited Hayley to successfully treat a sports injury, so when we started planning a challenge to climb mount Kilimanjaro (summit 5894m) it was an obvious choice to contact her. She recommended Travis, who worked with us stregthening our knees, ankles, back, hips, shoulders and general core. He put together a plan that helped protect us from injury and increased our stamina so that we had the energy to enjoy the 8-days of hiking and the overnight summit challenge. We've continued to exercise with Travis in preparation for our next challenge!!

Worst service. They don’t care about a persons pain. Having a severe backache contacted 3 times in a day and was promised a call back. There is no response or call back ruined my whole day if you could have informed earlier I would have gone for other options but you guys left me with no options but only to suffer. Pathetic service.After leaving 1 star review the owner of the clinic called me asking wether she can book an appointment for next days. If I would not left a review I am sure I will not get a call. This is how you treat people with pain? And yes I received a call back from the owner offering me a treatment which I refused because this was all after I left an 1 star review and if I wouldn’t have left any review Iam sure the lady would not have Called me back and when people go to any clinic they expect treatment in time which you have failed to do it and providing treatment after having an review is not at all acceptable if you think you have done right it is for yourself but you guys left in pain.

I went to see David, the podiatrist, as I had a very painful corn on my little toe. He was extremely professional and very gentle. He also gave me some very useful advice on keeping my feet healthy and corn-free. As soon as he’d removed the offending corn I immediately felt the benefit and I was entirely free of pain.Thank you so much, David, you’re a superstar!

Hayley is wonderful in every way! She takes the time to discuss how you’re feeling at the start of each session so she can focus on the areas that need the most attention. Working from home full time, my shoulders and neck often have a lot of tension, so she always knows how to release the tightness and help me feel refreshed.Her massage sessions are extremely relaxing and rewarding, and I feel so much better after seeing her! Both my husband and I visit Hayley every 6 weeks and we will continue to in the future - I highly recommend Eden Sports Clinic! :)

I'm a mum in my late 30's and have never been inside a gym before so I was very nervous. I booked to have one to one PT sessions twice a week with a great guy called Matt. Matt has made me feel comfortable and has pushed me to achieve more than I ever thought anyone could. Each session is just Matt and I, no one else can use the gym when he books it for me. This is the main reason why I do my session here. I would highly recommend the clinic gym and Matt.
