Receptionist name Beth, very rude. This company does not care for new candidates at all, they don’t let you know what is happening with your application. They will keep sending you email vis indeed that they find you fit for company do submit an application. It is a shame when receptionist refusing to transfer to recruitment and she also refused to give her name in the first instance. Looks like she is the one controlling everything, I was not even interested that much but wanted to give it a chance since they keep emailing me to apply. Be aware that receptionist Beth will cut you off at least 5 times when you’re speaking she doesn’t respect when you’re speaking. She repeats the same sentence At least 6 times to make you look like you are wrong. This is just unbelievable and unprofessional experience I have ever witnessed. I would never work there even if they offer £40k. As a whole they failed.Since I cannot put another review, I will edit here as an addition to my message. If she is not beth then she gave me a fake name. Because I had to call again and she wouldn’t transfer to recruitment and keep saying I failed phone interview which never happened. She refused to give her real name so she made up as beth. I am not giving you my name it is too late now.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The job is extremely mentally draining. You're supposed to deal with sales calls but if customers have a technical or a billing issue they will ring the sales number instead because the queue time is shorter. And we have no choice but to deal with it. We have to transfer them to the right department. One of your targets is calls to sales ratio. A customer calling for a tech issue can result in a non sale. One call like that can be the difference between losing commission. The managers were great and our colleagues were as well. Which was the only good thing about the job. Some of the customers were difficult and complained. Or were just hard to understand over the phone. They kept and sacked the wrong people. Someone who disrespected managers and caused problems and divide on the floor keeps their job. However I get dismissed because I had offensive jokes that I shared on my Facebook. They act like they have some sort of massive reputation to protect but everyone knows it's a terrible company and job nature. Training is for two weeks but the useful information can be compressed into a couple of days. The employee turnover is extremely high as well. They're always training big groups of people every week nearly because that's how many people eventually leave. My former team was unrecognisable after just the first month of working there. Because they all left. I was there for around 4 months.Agents arent fully prepared and equipped to go on the floor and you are thrown in the deep end.Commission targets are impossible on the BT side. And EE you have to be lucky more than anything. One of the targets is the monthly price customers pay has to be at least £28 a month. But EE and BT both advertise packages that are as low as £23 a month. You can offer a higher price customer has seen a price much lower on social media or on TV, there's no chance they will take your higher offer. If you're average is below 28 you won't get commission.Human resources are useless and any genuine problems you have they will shrug off and dismiss it as quickly as possible. This is nothing against the managers and I got along with everyone there. But I think most agents would agree with me here.
