Manor Park Pharmacy

This is the 4th chemist I have moved to due to previous chemist been useless or damn right rude. I've been with manor park pharmacy for almost 6 months now & have had no problems at all. Evan during the covid my regular medication has been ready when it should be. Its nice to walk into a chemist & the staff be smiling & laughing.My grandparents use the delivery service & more often than not the meds arrive a day early. Good service keep up the good work manor park

Past months this chemist has gone down hill. Not sure If been taken over as was best chemist around. Prescriptions are missing items or the wrong thing so have to go back up to sort it out. Waiting times are ridiculous you can be waiting an hour where before prescriptions were all ready made up waiting for collections. I am looking into moving my full family to a differ3nt chemist. Speaking to people in queue today and they were all there with problems with prescriptions

Until recently this was a very good pharmacy but within the last 3 week it's gone down the Drain. Cannot get through on phone they admit if they are busy they turn the phones off they seem to be all new staff deliveries are all mixed up my mother has Dosset boxes every 2nd Thursday they only delivered one with no sign of the other when you go see them they don't have a clue were the other is. Terrible service now

I CANNOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR TO THIS PHARMACY. I TRANSFERRED TO THEM ON THE 9TH APRIL 2018. ANY PRESCRIPTIONS I HAD ORDERED NEVER ARRIVED.I CALLED TO SEE THEM ON 9.5.18 TO SEE WHERE MY MEDICATION WAS. IT HAD BEEN STUCK ON THE SHELF FOR 2 WEEKS. THE DOSSETTE BOX DUE ON 8.5.18 WAS NOT READY AND WHEN IT ARRIVED ON FRIDAY 11.5.18 THERE PILLS MISSING, PILLS I DO NOT TAKE IN THE BOX.I CALLED TO SEE AT THE PHARMACY ON SAT 12.5.18 AND WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE SORTED. I HEARD NOTHING AND HAD NO HEART PILL NO HYPERTENSION PILL UNTIL THEY WERE DELIVERED TO ME AT 8.45PM ON MONDAY EVENING.AS A NEW BREAST CANCER PATIENT I CANNOT TAKE THE RISK WITH THIS PHARMACY, AND ONLY KNOWS IF MY INSULIN WILL ARRIVE.

if there was an option to register a zero i would. Every time a prescription is issued something wrong happens. The prescription is either incomplete, wrong tablets(have an allergy to certain tablets) it doesn't arrive. Repeat prescription was due on 22 July 2023 and not yet received. I've been on the phone for last 23 mins without an answer phone just keeps ringing then cutting off. Excellent customer service NOT. Very Angry. Just travelled 8 miles to the chemist to be told they haven't requested the repeat prescription yet ad the reason why their not answering is because they're too busy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lately really poor service I've been ringing since 9am this morning engaged or just don't answer can't get my prescription really annoyed poor service

I have been taking my repeat in there for the last 4 years in last year they have lost prescription three times I went there last Tuesday to give them reapet prescription and order treatment lady over counter said to come back Thursday/Friday for my treatment on Friday I have been told that they have lost my prescription, so come back on Monday and I was talking with the boss of that pharmacy and he said that he will this issue out and if come back on Wednesday to pick my treatment so did only to fi d out that they don't have rather treatment or prescription and been told by other person that its not their job to go to surgery to pick prescription they only ordering treatment, so I asked why they are taking the repeat prescription from me then if this is something what you are not doing and that there was issue with this in last 5 years he just shrug his arm and and for any other question he did same and answers that he don't knowJust like add one more thing last to. E wehn they have lost my reapet prescription they have found it under the computer keyboardSo very bad service avoid if you can, I will

Been banned from this pharmacy for been rude with staff. With no proof ? I wish the calls were recorded because i wasnt!!!!!They quite clearly can NEVER get prescriptions together on time or the correct ones been 2 weeks without my antidepressants and levothyroxine what im on for life i can only pick up at certain times because im busy working as a key worker myself ... waiting for them to sort it out as they didnt know if it was on repeat no one had the decency to call to tell me this when ive been using this chemist for months...abigail was very rude saying like i told u before " its disgusting they can talk to people like they do especially when they feel unwell when medication isnt sorted on time. im the one been rude for asking about my medication. Ive seen them laughing at peoole and making fun of people who are constantly going in and getting turned away because medication isnt sorted on time and they get annoyed .... very unprofessional for a pharmacy no organisation constantly loosing prescriptions! Train your staff....."
