Anxiety Clinic

Adam is a very kind clever and interesting man, I have only had 2 sessions so far with him and it is starting to help me feel a little better, I know he will cure me of the awful anxiety that I suffer from.

Adam is professional and saved me when I was in a dark place, his techniques really work and I felt a weight had been lifted,I'm writing this review years on as I still use his techniques to this day and I'm so much less anxious

This guy is amazing! I have suffered with severe anxiety for years and a recent traumatic experience led me to Adam at the anxiety clinic. After just one session I started to feel a little better and now 6 weeks later I am fully recovered after a lifetime of worrying about things even before they happen! Adam makes you feel so comfortable and is so easy to talk to, please if you have any anxiety, depression, phobias etc give Adam a go, you won't be disappointed! I have finally got my life back! Kate
