Not only did they lose a shipment of a very small batch of exclusive posters, so anybody can now sell these and exclusivity has disappeared, and to make matters worse of the 5 designs, 3 of them were short in numbers paid for.

What a helpful company!!I needed to print a small run of a family memoir, put together by an amateur. Everyone was super helpful , and keen to help meet my deadlines (despite my incompetence). The end result was a really professional looking book, and exactly what I'd hoped for. Couldn't recommend more highly.And thanks to all, particularly Kate and Oksana, who went above and beyond!

From one printer to other, believe me I know good work when I see it !Bishops took on an urgent 3 digital booklets run on our behalf. Not only did they turn it around in two working days. I was kept informed to the progress at each stage and the time it would be ready. The the digital quality was just outstanding , the saddle stitched page spreads aligned perfectly. So a very well done to all those involved at Bishops and a big thank you for getting us out of that proverbial hole.

We’d used Bishops printers before and they were initially very good. Because of this we went back to them. Unfortunately the second time round they weren’t so good. Due to a very unclear e-mail from Andy Strong they printed out leaflets on the wrong size. When I queried this I was met with an extremely unprofessional attitude for Mr Strong. He was aggressive and rude. I then spoke to Andy’s sales manager who agreed that the e-mail was unclear and he’d have done it differently. Despite this, the company were unwilling to rectify the issue and re-print the order (which came to £27/£28). They did offer a reduced price but for the sake of £27/£28 they weren’t prepared to take it on the chin. There are plenty of printers in the Portsmouth area so I’ll definitely be finding another one! It’s a shame they don’t value customer service.

Such poor customer service!!Called earlier, hoping to ask a quick question w.r.t an online product.The lady I spoke to didn't even try and help - showed no interest at all.Just said I should email in my question :-(If it was convenient to do so, I would've done it.You know, this is exactly the reason why we stopped dealing with Bishops - because the reps would call and make all manner of wild & wonderful promises ... but then when you call, you get fobbed off.

I cannot recommend Bishops highly enough. I have used them for work for several clients and they are incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, very competitive on price and the end result has always been brilliant.

Went with bishops because they have pretty good ratings and apparently are meant to be one of the best around. I personally am quite disappointed with them, no idea whether it's the company or the advisor I have, she never calls me back even after stating she will do so, they've had my prints for over a month, had to chase them a bit to get the samples but that was fine, they eventually did that and everything was good to go ahead. I ask to go ahead professionally and to tell me how much it will cost, I've had to chase them for well over a month, many phone calls I've made and not one of them has been returned to tell me what's happening or how much it will cost. I keep calling and calling and get promised call back after call back but they're obviously not interested, so I will be taking my business elsewhere, absolutely stunned by the lack of professionalism.
