Austin has been the best estate agent and support during our house move experience.Recommended to us via a family member Austin came out and valued our house, put it on the market and sold it within a matter of weeks!!With his attention to detail and care taken on the house brochure, making sure the best images and description were used to really highlight our house we had every confidence in him selling our house for us.Communication was a big factor for us as being kept in the loop 24/7 on the sale was key and Austin went above and beyond to ensure we were always kept updated. His availability to speak with you on a regular basis whenever you had a query really helped the process remain smooth. Recently bought a house with Austin’s help.Initial viewing was excellent and he answered all of our questions. Very quickly arranged a second viewing for us.Once our offer was accepted, he helped us throughout the complicated buying process. Our sale ran into a few hiccups but Austin was extremely helpful in straightening things out again.
