Bought a PC for my son two months before the first covid lockdown and it has run perfectly since then. It was brilliant for him during lockdown and for his school work. He plays the latest games on it and it still runs quickly in the highest resolutions. I built PCs myself for a while and built my current PC but it actually worked out cheaper to go through the Cougar Store. Really helpful and dont use jargon. Thank you.

Top Class Service as always. Mario always on hand to help with upgrading from their standard set ups. I've bought my computers from Cougar Extreme since they were in nappies & never ever had an issue with any of them. I pass my old computers on to friends this last one after 7 years & still working absolutely fine. Can't praise these guys enough for their building and componentry matching. Well done to all of you at Cougar Extreme. Top Job.

Recently my aging PC suffered a catastrophic meltdown and I feared the worst. I felt I had nothing to lose by asking the experts for confirmation, I was pleasantly surprised when they offered a glimmer of hope, all was not lost, and maybe some or all of my data was recoverable. I was very impressed when later the same day but with a little invasive surgery they'd breathed new life into the old thing and it's now as good as or better than new.I found the guys friendly and down to earth, they were honest about the chances of recovering my data and didn't try to baffle me with technical terminology. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them.

Lovely guys & Outstanding service.I had an issue with a faulty power supply on my PC - they had it diagnosed & fixed within a couple of hours - genuinely nice guys - I’ll definitely use this place again. Can’t fault.

Really friendly and helpful, needed some advice and components for upgrading a gaming PC after getting a new graphics card. Great advice and help with understanding stuff and handy tips on saving money and still getting decent performance. Will be going back to get more components soon!Parking out front for around 4 cars, reasonably easy to find. There is a small set stairs to enter the shop and I don't think there is a ramp to get in.
