Highly recommend Esme yoga classes.She walks you through the whole practice and brings peace to the practice. I highly recommend if your starting out or have experience and want to go a little deeper into the practice. Esme has the experience to help with wherever your at in your practice.

I had never done yoga before. I liked the fact Esme emphasised that your session is just that YOUR session. You can do what works for you, that is very liberating and I am now grumpy when I can’t attend a class. It’s my hour, for me and sometimes I am quite good and other times not so good but that’s life. So if you are unsure or non competitive then this is the teacher for you. Having said that an experienced yogi would also feel very challenged. I don’t know how she gets the balance right but she does and often on one leg! Highly recommend

Esme is a fantastic teacher and her classes made me feel calm and positive about myself. The environment in The Wellness Centre was very intimate and zen. I have a long way to go in my Yoga journey but now I have started I don't want to get off. Highly recommended.

I went to Esme Yoga beginners class for several weeks after many years of not practising Yoga and feeling very unsure of myself and my capabilities. All were welcome and Esme made me feel more confident to start from scratch with no pressure. She has a lovely nature about her and a breath of fresh air compared to other classes i have tried in the past. Thanks Esme! would definitely recommend to anyone of any level of experience to come to an Esme Yoga class. 5 stars! :-)

Since starting Esme's yoga classes, I feel so much better in my mind and body, everything works better and I'm far more bendy. I've brought two other people to the classes, and recommended it to at least three others, Esme is such a find in Crediton!

I find Esme to be an excellent, friendly Yoga teacher, who passes on her 20 plus years of experience with great skill and humour. We are all made to feel very welcome no matter what your level or limitations. I learn something new every lesson and I find it a very enjoyable way to keep supple. I would definitely recommend her lessons to everyone.

I have had several shiatsu treatments from Esme. She is knowledgeable, professional and caring. Her room at the wellbeing centre is a calm and relaxed haven. Each shiatsu treatment was very therapeutic and my body felt better for it.

I attend Esme's yoga classes weekly and thoroughly enjoy them. She has great energy and is a brilliant yoga teacher. I am trying my best to remain supple and after each class feel so much better.I have had several Swedish massages with Esme too which are truly the best (note to self - book another one soon!!).

I attend Esme's yoga classes twice a week for a number of years and really enjoy them.I am trying to keep supple and feel so much better after each class.She is a wonderful yoga teacher. Also I have had a couple Swedish massages as well and feel so much better afterwards.Thank you Esme
