Please please avoid. I asked for passenger front to be changed due to obvious cut in sidewall, I return and they replaced the wrong tyre driver front. They did not text to say it was ready second time so I was waiting ages too. Seriously go elsewhere.

Unbelievably managed to damage 3 of the 4 wheels. (Didn’t deny it or seem to care). Not balanced properly. Tyre pressure different on all 4 wheels and none correct and couldn’t even put on the dust caps from my wheels back. Found 2 different random ones and stuck them on!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

The people at this pit stop are great and they were as helpful as they could be despite the issues I had with the head office. The below review relates to my experience with the customer service team:I had to travel to the black circles 4 times in order to get my tyres fitted as they were not in stock and this was not communicated to me. Furthermore, the compensation offered did not cover the full 2 hours and 40min of driving done.After the first attempt at getting my tyres fitted, I called the head office to reorganise and was assured that the tyres were in stock. They were not and I was forced to make a second round trip for no reason. I called the head office for a second time to reorganise and I was told by the operator that they would personally follow up on the order and let me know by the day of the appointment if they were not delivered. I was not contacted by this operator or anyone from head office so I headed to my third attempt at getting my tyres fitted. Unfortunately, they were still not there and so called the head office a third time to cancel my tyre order and receive compensation for my wasted time and fuel. I was told that they would get in contact with me after they had spoken to the compensation team. I received no call back and was forced to call the next day. During this call I was told the same thing and that they would get back to me within an hour. This operator did not get back to me and I had to call the head office yet again where I was then told that the compensation team was not working over the weekend and that I would get a call back on monday morning. This contradicted the information given by the operator I called earlier that day and when I questioned the operator on this, he changed what he said to that it was a reduced crew and that it would be unlikely that we received communication that day.I waited for the full day on the Monday and received no communication. I then had to waste more of my time calling the head office where I was immediately offered £15 compensation and was told that the tyres were now at the pit stop. I informed the operator that this was not enough compensation and he offered me the maximum" compensation of £20 but I was not allowed to cancel my appointment. This meant I was forced to go to the pit stop for a 4th time in order to recuperate some of the losses in fuel money. This does not include the losses in my time away from work and the reorganisation of my weekend plans as I had no car available for a long journey."

Staff and service are brilliant. Bargains on tyres are not what they used to be. Offers and price promotions seem to be give reluctantly. I guess inflation is causing some of this, but few quality tyres under £100 each.Wasn't like that last year.

Great prices at Black Circles but the fitters are this branch simply don't care about your wheels. Returned to pick up the car to find out 2 out of the 4 alloys had been damaged and they didn't even have the decency to tell me. Only when I approached them and said I had pictures of them before did they accept liability. 3 months later, their corporate team finally agreed to the costs of the alloys being refurbed and that's after having to chase them continually.Avoid this garage if you value your car.

I've been using Asda tyre service for years, thought I'd give blackcircles a try.I'm left regretting this decision.Having payed for and booked my tyres with a local garage a few days ago, I received an email request this morning for me to reschedule, fair enough these things happen.Booked the next available slot using the link provided.Only to have been told half an hour later that my 2nd slot was also unavailable and I'd have to reschedule for next week.After asking the person I was corresponding with to check with the garage that they hadn't double booked me or made a mistake or something along those lines as this seemed quite unusual.. the person I was corresponding with gave no response to this and just said I'll need to choose a date next week.To this I responded, next week is not much use to me unfortunately, what are my options? I.e Can I book into another garage this week or get a refund? Etc.No response.6 hours later someone else replies and just says, again.. I'll have to reschedule for next week.Really disappointing customer service, I'm still left up in the air as to what is happening with my booking.I've requested a refund now due to the frustration and no doubt will have to waste another day chasing them up again tomorrow. AVOID and use local garages directly.

Great customer service. After purchasing 2 new tyres that weren't needed after their fitter said that the original tyres still had a couple of thousand miles left on them. I contacted Blackcircles service team by email and within a hour they had replied with a full refundDefinitely be using the their services again. Excellent.
