I have worked for procare for many years and received nothing but the best experiences. You learn to grow and are supported to grow. Office staff are lovely (Lexmi,Chris) . It saddens me to be moving city’s otherwise I would still be in procare.

Absolutely brilliant one member of staff Laura, she knew my mum as she cared for her. When my mum took a tumble in a street local to home on her mobility scooter she was wet cold bruised and scraped. I rang the agency and un be known to me my mum rang Laura as she was kind of talking but was lying on floor, Laura attended and stayed throughout she went above and beyond... She didn't have to do it but she did... And so thankful for amazing kind and compassionate carers our vulnerable need them.

I find that the staff at procare nurse agency are so supportive. They always have time for you. They support you through the process. And ensure you have full support and guidance when you start working in the different hospitals. The training provided is outstanding and makes you feel like you have joined a family. I would recommend everyone to join this agency.

If you are looking for a career in care don't work for this company. They provide you with very few hours so you can't earn a living or pay bills and when you seek alternative employment they fail to provide a satisfactory reference. Vile company .
