We have just had our Ikea kitchen fitted and are delighted with the quality of the work. Nothing was too much much trouble, they worked really hard & paid great attention to detail. They always left the workplace clean & tidy at the end of the working day.We are so pleased with Ty and his team that we have already planned to have additional work carried out to our home.

Ty and the team fitted an Ikea Kitchen for me. There were a number of issues that Ikea had overlooked that meant Ty and the team has to carry out additional works before they could start the kitchen fitting. Nothing was too much trouble for them, the work carried out was to a very high standard and the additional works very reasonably priced. Richard, our cabinet fitter did a great job, worked hard and was super tidy and our electrician went above and beyond to get us up and running with our new oven. They were very conscientious and adhered to Covid-19 rules throughout the works. Would very much recommend and will be using them for future works planned. Thanks Guys!

After removing a screw, which was unknowingly in one of my radiator pipes, water started to leak in behind the plasterboard of my kitchen wall. In a complete panic at 9pm at night I contacted Ty who came over straight away and secured the pipe, making sure it wouldn't leak and wouldn't cause any damage over night. Ty then arranged to come over a fix the pipe the following day. I could not have asked for a quicker, more professional and friendly service in my hour of need. I am sincerely grateful to Ty and would highly recommend his services.

What a joy it was having my new Homebase kitchen fitted by Ty and his team. With crates of kitchen units and fixtures filling my lounge, I thought this will never get done, but Ty came over and took one look at (what I thought) this insurmountable mess and reassured me, in his own confident and unique manner, that this would be done by Christmas! And true to his word, the crew came in on Monday and by the end of the week there was my new kitchen! I can't praise this company enough,,fast, professional, neat and tidy and most importantly I trusted them!I would highly recommend Ty and the team at Big City Builders.

We ordered a kitchen from Homebase and despite a delayed delivery date Ty went out of his way to accommodate us, making sure the kitchen was fitted almost immediately afterwards. We were amazed at what he achieved in one day! He was so helpful and friendly, giving us useful advice, as well as working to an excellent standard. We would definitely use Big City Services again. I have had the great pleasure of Big City Services complete my kitchen fitting. I would 100% recommend Ty and his team of expertise as they helped our dream kitchen become real! They followed Covid 19 regs so dont worry as their professional working helps reduce the stress. They listened to what we wanted, and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. It is so nice to find honest and reliable tradesmen, and we will certainly be using Big City Services again.

had this awesome company install my homebase kitchen. They did everything from the plumbing, electrics, tiling and full kitchen install. Chris and Richard who were my work crew for the whole job were top knotch. Professional, respectful and tidy, always left the kitchen clean and tidy at the end of every day. Can't not fault a single thing they did. Whole job was completed to a very very high standard. And Ty the project leader was first class too. So in short I cannot recommend this company highly enough. A********

Absolutely superb. Would recommend in a heartbeat. They were here on time everyday despite the 90 minute cross-county drive and were always professional, polite and happy on arrival. Regardless of the obstacles that arose, they were positive, reassuring and informative. We have no idea about kitchen fitting, it was a massive job and a huge expense for us but Ty has installed a kitchen which has literally changed the way we live and the way we view our house. On top of that, it looks superb and all the work has been done to a very high standard. They were faultless in their approach and we could't be happier. We have 2 more large jobs lined up to extend and convert and we are very much hoping that Ty and Big City Services will be available for the work.
