Poor level of services and communication, no update on case and unexplained delays.I had moved my case to a different firm on 3/09/23. They have been informed not to act on my case past this date, however they still harassing me with calls and emails.They left me no option but to report them.

An honest firm who helped protect me from these claims management vultures! Harrison Bryce helped clear up the confusion surrounding my case and protected me from money hungry management companies. Review on behalf of my mother in law Gulzar Begum who doesn’t have a google account.We moved our cases from this company to another firm of Solicitors on 02/09/23. They were not instructed to deal with our cases past this date yet have continued to harass me & my family with calls and letters. The latest being a back dated letter from Reem Ramadan.We have had no option but to report them to the SRA & legal Ombudsman and await their response.

Review written on behalf of Muhammed Jahid Uddin:Absolute disgrace of a firm. The solicitor that was meant to be dealing with my case has left the company but for 8 months I have been told that the solicitor is on annual leave and then sick leave. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. The level of unprofessionalism of this firm is beyond belief. My case has now been delayed for a total of 10 months with no progression. Avoid this firm at all costs!

I m writing this review on behalf of my family friend. They had a claim case with this firm to start with however later on we moved the case to a new firm but with very unprofessional approach this firm lied to insurance company that they are still dealing with our case which was untrue and this also caused further delays. After this experience I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.

File Ref: 94547 Kamran InayatI initially instructed Harrison Bryce Solicitors to deal with my vehicle damage case.They failed to get any documents signed from me yet continued to deal with my case which was very alarming.The level of service received was terrible. They made numerous commitments that were not fulfilled which ultimately resulted in me instructing another firm of solicitors.Whilst my new Solicitors were dealing with the case I was informed that the insurers had sent my vehicle damage payment in error to Harrison Bryce.The most concerning aspect was their handling of the payment, which was withheld in their account for approximately 7 days without them informing me.I honestly wouldn't be surprised if this firm of solicitors is closed within the next 6 months.

Harrison Bryce is honestly one of the worst solicitor companies I have claimed with. For months they lied to me about my file being sent of to the courts. After around 3 months they confessed that it wasn’t sent due to some error. They then lied to me about my file handler being on her annual leave. Every time I would call up they’d tell me that she we would be in the following week and I would get a call from her. This went on for a couple of months before I found out that she wasn’t on annual leave but she had left the company. Due to being treated with constant dishonesty and negligence on their behalf I have decided to switch to another company to handle my case. Absolute waste of time and disgusted by the way they treat their clients! I recommend all clients to leave ASAP!

Despite my case being moved from one service to another, they continue to harrass me with letters which do not relate to my situation. A little petty if you ask me. Definitely won't be referring any of my friends or family to this company and i'd suggest no one to waste their time because they will.
