Abbey Mill is a nice little collection of cafes, restaurants, gift shops, a craft shop and the Old Mill itself.An historic area right next to the Tintern Abbey itself.Actually quite a nice place to have a rest after a lovey afternoons walk.

Very picturesque and well appointed. Some wonderful shops, bars, restaurants and seating. Lovely old Mill parts visible and working. Took a nice walk and did some shopping. Aside from 1 member of staff in a little shop near the tea room everyone was lovely and cheerful, offering great conversation and service. The spirit of the green man shop was like a chunk of Glastonbury magic and I purchased a few beautiful and well priced items there, the gent that runs it is very nice, friendly and helpful

Worth a stop....good place for food and a drink.. friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful location with a LOT of water that drove the mill....... surrounded by retatial units in the ancient buildings offering many gifts of Wales and beyond.....Well worth a visit and of course next to the abbey.....Used to be the mill that belonged to the monks of the abbey...

Exceeded my expectations, the service and food were exceptional. The chef cooked a really tasty Dragon pie, garnished with a melody of salad and fruit.

Had lunch here on Sunday. Very good service, we were eating outside and it poured with rain. They happily accommodate us to go inside.

A nice cafe just a few minutes walk from Tintern Abbey. The food is generously served. We ordered tea, rabbit pie and honey pancake.My partner was very happy about the rabbit pie and it was tasty with all the sides.The pancakes were a little disappointing as it was overly sweet and burnt. But the price was reasonable. (£5.50 or so)It is lovely to seat outside on a sunny day.

Delicious food, beautifully cooked and presented. Lovely, helpful staff make you feel most welcome. Beware, the portion sizes are very generous so make sure you bring a hearty appetite when you visit!Highly recommended.

Love this little area of shops. The restaurant is fabulous as well.The folk on the lawn music festival was happening and was really enjoyable.

Cafe is great, staff friendly and helpful, food and drinks we tried were very good. The shops are fascinating, lovely jewellery and crystals, filled with local crafts and work by local artists. You could spend a fortune in the various shops as there are so many things that may take your fancy. Great place to visit and have a mooch about.

Had a lovely ploughman's here. Thick chunky ham and Welsh cheddar. Warm bread delicious.
