Having been quoted over £1300 by a local VW dealership for repairs to my car I phoned these guys. They quoted less than a third for the same job and turned the car around in a day.Happy to use these guys again.

Very disappointed with the experience and have been regretting it ever since. I took my BMW 3 series in with a DPF problem and was given many reasons why the fault was happening but no resolution to the problem. After a bill of nearly £1000 the fault recurred and when I took it back in I was advised that further work of more that £2000 would be needed. I had to take my car to another mechanic who was able to resolve the problem without the use of pricy diagnostics and several hours of mechanics work. The problem was not related to the DPF and all the additional work was going to be unnecessary.Furthermore, I was charged for original parts when in fact the parts were not original.When I formally complained I was only offered part of the cost to be refunded. I was also offered a further inspection on my car which I declined because I would not trust these guys for any car work. There is nothing prestigious about this car mechanic shop.

Excellent service and staff. They look after my car and were very knowledgeable. Our car will always go there from now on.

Took my car in for an annual service and replacement of all brake pads and discs. Afterwards the brakes always make a groaning sound as the car comes to rest, they claim that this is normal on an automatic even though the car has never done it before. Also, the battery failed a few months after the service so the battery condition clearly had not been checked.

Car under sealed, serviced and MOT done. Advised auxiliary belt needed doing which was expected due to age. Straight forward, expert advice given about this and a couple of other advisories. I asked for belt to be changed and was ordered and completed while car was in. I collected it around 1.5 hours later. Under seal looks great, obvious trays were removed and care given whilst doing it. Excellent service all round, many thanks.
