I live in Cornwall but chose to buy my beautiful Toyota Alphard from County Cars because my brother has been so pleased with his, and the service he was provided with.I was not disappointed. Alan couldn't have been more helpful, professional and friendly. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure I got the best car and the best deal possible for me. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is an outstanding place to buy a vehicle. I have never written a review of this magnitude. Spectacular imports for Japanese Day vans or mpvs for example the Toyota Alphard which is what I got. The level of customer service was outstanding. honesty, integrity and going the extra mile is what you get. Alan and Ben make sure your getting every penny's worth from your purchase and this is what a family business is clearly about. I live in Hull but would travel to buy from this family again and again. Thank you county cars of strood you made buying a car feel exciting again!

My wife and I drove almost 2 hours to get here to see and possibly test drive a nissan elgrand Rider autech. Total waste of our time we were fobbed if with an excuse .we were told to come back another day let's just say we didn't go back .I didn't get a follow up call even though I was told I'd get a call the following day ....

Can’t praise these guys enough. I had a dashboard problem on my Nissan Elgrand, which other garages and auto-electricians couldn’t fix - my car had been off road for a month. County Cars diagnosed the issue and fitted me a replacement dashboard and a fog light and returned my car fixed and MOTd within a couple of days. Now I know where to go in future!

Second time in my life using a second hand dealer and the experience is just as good if not better than purchasing a new vehicle. The car itself was inspected by a mechanic I use and he found no faults and advised me to purchase. All in all an honest company run by gentlemen.

Ben was fantastic very informative when I was looking for an Elgrand. A mechanic friend reccomended these guys as he had dealt with them and they have certainly delivered on everything and more. No pushy sales, true to their word and excellent service. Alan was also fantastic, very efficient and great to deal with and Roy also brilliant. Will certainly do business with these guys again, and highly reccommend them for the quality of the cars they have and the fantastic service. Thanks guys.and I am.over the moon with my new Elgrand.

Let's face it going to a used car dealership is going to put the fear of God into most rational human beings. Parting with your hard earned money fro a vehicle you know nothing about will petrify almost all of us as we are in the hands of the dealer.Thank heaven for County Cars for making this a pleasure and not a pain! My partner and I traveled up from Brighton to Strood and were treated to a masterclass in old school customer service. I can't recommend Alan and his team highly enough. I have been looking for a Toyota Vellfire for a long time and I just hoped that their service would be as good as the vehicle! Well it was and way beyond that in fact!!!!!The service from beginning to end was simply excellent. Alan went the extra mile with sorting out my private number and plates with ease which his vast experience shone through.Roy delivered the car and his passion for these stunning Japanese vehicles is obvious.
