I have used them on and off for years, and my son has used them regularly for a few months but i dislike the booking system. I was turned away after being ten minutes late and then charged £12! I understood if they had no spaces, or would have waited but I'm not risking being charged that much if I hit a bit of traffic. Not when there's so many other local barbers who are cheaper and do walk ins.

I was looking for a new barbers after covid and had previously know Pepe so it was a no brainer to go to him and also being on my doorstep helps. I was blown away with how professional , polite and welcoming Pepe and his staff were. They both followed all the covid protocol and made me feel safe whilst getting a trim. I was 100% satisfied with my haircut and the level of professionalism that came along with it. I would recommend to anyone.

No answer on 3 calls within 20 minutes and nobody bothered to call back. Been in before and friendly enough guys but to be turned away twice now as it’s bookings only is silly, especially when there was one other guy in the seat.

Been going to Peppe's a long time now, best part of 20 years. Top blokes. Nothing remotely bad to say about the place. I have been taking my son to get his hair cut for 9 years now, he's a little shy and anxious but they make him feel at ease and always do their best to bring him out of his shell. Top marks!

I have been getting my haircut here for years, great atmosphere! Peppe, Rick and Aaron all do a great cut and are always happy to talk to you when your sat in there chair. I have been to other barbers in the past, but the place beats them hands down !! Highly recommend
