Wait ages on phone. Have to take time off work for repairs that don't happen and then take more time off for another visit for the same thing. In the end resorted to only communicating by email so we have proof of requesting repairs and this only helps marginally.

We had reported several issues with nexus about the flat we were in... heard nothing no repairs at all... when we finally managed to aquire a new prooerty with a different landlord... nexus kept saying that an exit interview was needed yet their incompetance managed to leave me in a proper mess.I booked several times and they cancelled and leaving me a nasty voicemail saying as im their tenant I need to sort my work round them? Day before our meeting at 10 to 5 they cancelled again asking me to call back only to find the women was on annual leave till the week after? Ended up having to lose my lunchtime at work to bend over backwards for these people only to find they said we need to drop the keys off at THEIR OFFICE in worcester?? What sort of company is this?? Im glad im rid of them to be honey l a full formal complaint is in the works.

We have lived in 2 nexus homes, both were in horrendous condition when we moved in, one indescribably filthy. The complaints process is laughable and their treatment of their tenants is borderline inhumane. Just because we are in need of social housing does not mean we deserve to be treated with such a lack of respect and to be systematically stripped of our dignity.

Nexus were and could still be the management company of emery court in Kidderminster... and no matter how much my partner who lived there on her own complained about drug taking and drug dealing and excessive noise absolutely nothing constructive was done.Because of Nexus she and other good tenants left the block... Sadly some of the other good tenants couldn't leave so easily.I also heard that they were fired from managing George law court in Kidderminster because of their incompetence.Absolutely useless company.

It's been 74 days and I'm still waiting for a new stairlift to be fitted. I'm a disabled lady who is not able to move around my house by myself. 74 days of being left upstairs in my bedroom, my mental health playing havoc with me, waiting for my husband or my son to get home and take me downstairs.All we keep getting told is they are waiting for C.S. Solutions to get parts. I think it is appalling that they only use 1 company and they are not trying to source from another firm. I've had my social worker and O/T involved. And other things that my social worker brought to their attention just 2 weeks ago are being dealt with first.2 years ago they fitted a second hand chair within 9 days.

Service is sometimes and I mean 2/10 there is someone who turns up and I get the feeling that they care about me or my situation.The rest of the time I get lied to or messed about missing days of work and for them to turn morning jobs into all day so I had to wait in until 3pm!! Some of the workers are terrible I called them out for the same job and the first two swore blind there was nothing wrong and when the final one come he said it was terrible and fixed it for me!! What is going on with your workforce…

Moved into a new property 18 months ago, cheaply built, nearer 3 bed size then a 4 bed which is what it's meant to be. Small bedrooms. Problems from the get go with smart meters not working etc and flooding from blocked pipes by builders.Garden doesn't drain, and what was a newly turfed lawn is now destroyed, poor quality turf laid onto clay soil, full of builders rubble and no drainage with a sloped garden. Have been trying to get the garden seen to for over a year but they don't care.. yet they will harass me for rent on the same day it is due!Unacceptable.

Avoid even taking a property with these people they are a night mare with repairing . It takes weeks for them even to come out and sort the job out what an awful housing association !
