Loads of good advice..

I would like to recommend ian for such a good job repairing my fridge freezer, Ian was brand new and easy to get along with , very reasonable rates.

Called Ian to come look at my fridge, no answer, got a text from him an hour later asking what the job was I explained the issue all via text as he would not answer the phone. He said he's fully booked for the next day and then when I asked him for a morning appointment, a day later I received a very blunt reply that he doesn't work on timed jobs and it would be an all day appointment!! Like I've not got a job or a life!! Useless totally unprofessional!! Like the last reviewer said save your hard earned money go elsewhere!!

Have used Western Refrigeration multiple times now. Fixed my fridge, the cooker and washing machine.

Good communication, punctual and efficient. Won’t hesitate to use Ian again.
