Repaired the end of my pressure hose in 10-minutes and charged me £10.

Tried to source some spares for my ancient digger, they did not succeed but no one else was successful and had to do a work round.They were very helpful, friendly and kept in contact.Thanks for trying.

Shocking customer service. I left power steering hoses with them in October. Finally picked them up on 24/07, 9 months later! No phone call to let me know what was happening. I rang them a few times to ask if it was done. I only have them 1 star because the fella was embarrassed about the delay and let me have them back for nothing. Won't be coming back

Shocking customer service: Had a hedge trimmer with a blown hose. Contacted them as I had used them several times before for small things. Organised a site visit for the same day - no one turned up, rang following day to chase but was told visit had been cancelled as I did not have an account with them, unfortunately no one bothered to contact me with that info - so another day wasted. Now using PIRTEK who have been excellent (highly recommend over these jokers)
