Been given a quote for a service a week ago.Since then chasing them up to confirm date and time after quote agreed, but completely ignores all messages.Provisionally booked for the service, but again does not reply to texts.Does not show up on the agreed date, I have to chase him up on the day- no sense of respect for the customer and does not take ownership for his unprofessionalism - confirms with me he will come the day after.Does not again confirm time.Does not respect customers time, I have to take time out of my working day to chase him up only for him to not turn up.

A bit late with no communication but did the job well. Put the shelves and hob on my oven too. Seemed a nice guy, tidied up
