No service very rude people .. I waited more than 30 mins with my 2 years old in his buggy disgusting rude manager wasn’t bothered at all and was serving other people who came after us .. I just had to leave very unprofessional and rude person .. I must say Yousof was a lovely person but he wasn’t the one who had to deal with parcels he tried to help but the person who deals with parcel was a mannerless person very disappointed

Sent a package off with DHL for the first time and I must say the gentleman that served me ( Pratik) was so helpful. He talked me through the whole process and even went hunting for the right box for me ( it was freezing outside). Best customer service by far.

Today i go to the DHL (Safe) Service Point. And i request to the guy , is there any DHL , and he stat his talk and reply me, that it is, but system is not working, So you can go to the other one. I didn’t understand why he is not interested to listen me.
